Sales people very nice and helpful with technical information. However, receiving things in writing and final new rates were nearly impossible. Not very good professional.

Alyssa S. was so incredibly helpful during our trip to AT&T. We encountered some issues when trying to upgrade our phones and she went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. She was very knowledgeable and able to multitask, helping multiple people at one time, while also training an employee.
