Owner was welcoming from the moment we walked in. Cigars are the freshest I’ve had in a while. The espresso and cafe con leche is AMAZING! Experience for yourself. Prices are great. I come here to stock up on my cigars every time I’m in town.

Hands down the best cigar I ever had! The owner was dry but he’s legit. I gotta go in to thank him. Highly recommended. No brand cigar. I’m enjoying the hell out of it!

The best cigar shop so far that I know of, the owner is very knowledgeable, walk in there without knowing what to look for and was educated by the owner, owner is very meticulous and kind very pleasant to talk to, highly recommended

Jumped on my like used car sales me. After I told him I would find what needed. Aka I don't need help. Thanks, but no thanks. Walked right out as he continued to talk about what strength stick I smoke. Told him I've been smoking for awhile....AKA I didn't need your help. Some of us smoke all different strength sticks and like to be left alone to buy. No sale today. Too pushy

Went here over a month ago to ask if they had any of Drew Estates Deadwood tobacco Cigars. So I ask the owner and get told that “He only sells premium cigars in his shop”. He acted like the typical cigar snob calling a lot of reputable brands than aren’t even part of the “infused” category garbage. He also bragged about his house cigars he had rolled for him by the AJ Fernandez factory and his deal on his hand rolled cigars. I should have walked out the moment I stepped in because I felt like someone else was doing my shopping, but I was gullible and thought I would give the cigars a chance so I did. Unfortunately the cigars were horrible in every way from the moldy taste and the structural integrity of the vitola which I believe was compromised by cigar beetles by doing some research afterwards. Also I infused the last of the cigars I bought off this guy and nothing improved “before I researched the cigar beetles and etc”.
I also think the owner felt “ out of place” by my presence because I’m a younger tobacco smoker “32 yo”. But apparently I’m not the only one who has had issues with the owner which is shameful. But now I see the pun in the establishments name makes sense. But thankfully there are plenty of great cigar lounges in Tampa and St. Petersburg that don’t run you out and actually try to help you.

Average. The owner's approach & attitude is horrible, but I'll give it (2) stars because of the nice up. And the cigars are C- (I.M.O) long way to go.

Nice selection of his own brand.

Morgan and his wife do everything possible to make the newcomer feel at home. While most cigar lounges make it a point to head the buyer to the higher priced brands, these folks make it a point to find a generic from the same manufacturer, while pointing out the very slight differences in the two sticks and allow you to make your own choice; Label vs content.

It was a very negative experience and the hand rolled cigars were wrapped poorly and unsmokeable. I explained they were for my father and he wanted a mild to medium Corona style and they were a gift. The shop was very small. He pointed out where they were in the case and insisted I must pick them out. I mentioned again they were a gift for my dad and he could just pick them out. He said he does not pick out cigars for customers and I must pick them out and put on tray and give to him! Really? I literally just had to turn around and hand to him. I had to leave on emergency trip as my dad was sick or I would never have tolerated this control freak level nonsense. To top it off, the cigars were hand rolled poorly and could not be smoked. Unfortunately, my dad passed away and no point trying to return cigars. I have never experienced such rudeness buying cigars...and then poor quality...

The gentleman tending to this place has an awful attitude and is in fact the owner. Sell the location or get a better employee to tend to the store. He's put off when asked about cigars and cigarillos; so I take a pic to send a friend to ask their opinion on the flavor of one, he becomes stand offish. You are going to drive your business into the ground. Guy can't be bothered to do his job. I was here previously and bought a few cigars for a buddy being deployed. You would think he would be welcoming to his clientele. Do not go here. The purpose of going to a cigar lounge is to relax. This guy is completely out of line with how he speaks to people.

First time here! Found on Google and was not disappointed. Was looking for label cigars ...everything here was hand rolls, however. I bought 9 sticks, smoked 4 already. GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping if you like good cigars. Place had a good crowd inside the lounge.
