Great place to get some crickets for my gecko in a last minute pinch. They are open later in the evening which is nice. The crickets were nice quality and seemed healthy and well kept. I will say that the store overall felt a little chaotic (could have been the time of day?) and also seems like they don't have the greatest conditions for their animals there. I saw a gorgeous red parrot that was stuffed in a small plastic tote - it didn't have a lot of room to move and overall seemed very stressed. I would 100% visit again to get crickets, however, after seeing the conditions of the animals inside, I would not consider buying a pet from here.

Very nice place to get your pets at Federal Bird rabbit and all of animals you want them so dolls getting your snakes in his look up price on sale I'll give five stars for them at great service bill

Staff was not eager to help me find anything. Store is disorganized. Prices are higher than PetSmart and others.

Wide selection of quality dog foods.They carry Victor and Diamond, which are sometimes hard to find elsewhere.Diamond Naturals is good for my allergy prone white pitties.

Got two regular hamsters. Staff was knowledgeable, quick and on top of things. Store was clean, animals seemed well kept.

an employee helped me today and was extremely rude. I believe his name was Derick and he was asking me personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with my pet needs. He was calling me names like “emo” and was calling me “weird” while another employee was helping me with a red tail boa. This employee’s name was Olivia and she was witness to the complete disrespect Derick had for me as a customer. I come in often and absolutely adore most of the employees, which is why being treated this was such a shock. I also overheard him arguing with a customer because they asked for a different rat size. this 1 star review is not at all directed towards animal house as a whole, but towards the experience I had today with this employee.
