I went yesterday to get a check cashed and at first we thought we couldn't get it crashed but Miss Darlene went out of her way to make sure before I left my check was cashed her and Alex are good at what they do and I'm thankful for them to be able to help me yesterday. They're both friendly very professional and I'm sure you are thankful to have them they are good employees..

I went into this place for the first and the last time. I was trying to cash a check from a new customer and they told me the check was counterfeit. All good and understandable and I was actually appreciative of them making me aware of it. However, from that point forward I was treated like a criminal. I asked how would I identify this in the future? I was told that he was not at liberty to say. lol. Dude makes $15 hour. But then proceeds to say that he gets special training to be able to identify counterfeits. Lmao. You work at amscot my dude not the fbi. Also I would have been the victim here not the criminal. Won’t be going here again. Very rude and condescending.

Went in and a blonde woman working there (didn’t catch her name) was the most unprofessional and rude customer service associate I have ever dealt with. Her coworker was a lot more professional and nice, but she was just downright awful. I have not had someone be so condescending towards me in a long time. Absolutely will not be back to this location.

Wish i could give it a 0 star. A lady named April (i think she is new) has a TERRIBLE attitude. She takes an already tough situation (having to borrow money to make ends meet) and makes it worse by talking down to customers….. I have been in the customer service industry for a long time, this is the kind of person that drives business away

I went to put money in my phone at this location and called two days later. I was sent three different numbers to call and nobody could help me. I was told by an Amscot employee to come in. Once I came in they told me pretty much my funds were lost and still nothing they can do! They sent me on my way with two phone numbers while I presented my receipt for that same location! Still to this day almost a week later they are not taking full responsibility for my funds and I have a receipt IN HAND! I am livid!!!!!!! Worse AMSCOT EVER!!

Went to Cash a check, the lady assisting Me wasn’t only discreet and rude but also Gave me cash in return for the wrong amount of money, 30 dollars shy of what was written on the check.
