They lie and tv lies big time. This is the worse place to get a loan from. You cannot make monthly plans like tv say, you are better off getting a loan from a bank which rates are way lower and better. Don’t ever borrow from here. Worst place ever.

Its a money store. You should be able to purchase quarters there so you can do laundry at your complex. The complex doesnt have quarter machines. No, i cant get to the bank during regular day time work hours either.

I have been coming here a few years now and I always get excellent customer service from Thomas. He does an excellent job and I can really tell that he treats me like he would like to be treated. Thanks Thomas and friends at amscot, keep up the great work i appreciate you.

Please stay as as far away from this place as you can. I walk-in the door and the first thing I see is the cashier on the phone texting surfing the internet I am not sure but when I went got the counter the cashier (who was a she) seems as if she was mad because I came to her window I asked for change so that I could get air at the gas station for my truck (which had my 4 kids in it because we where coming for a basketball game) I was told that Amsoct does not give change. I thought this was very weird because Amsoct is a financial establishment the sole purpose of the business is money. But needless to say, I ask OK, may I please buy a stamp in order to receive change so that I could get air for my truck I then was told by the cashier you can buy the stamp, but I’m not giving you change for more than a dollar the stamp is only $.66 dear Amscot please probably train your employees to understand that the customer the people that keeps the door open comes first please train them to not be on the phone and let whatever they have going on in their life affect their work. The cashier was very rude and seem like she was not there to work tonight. I did not get the employee name but the incident happened between 930 and 10 PM if you guys want to take the camera just look for the cashier that was on the phone around that time to the far right, when I came in I will never ever step foot in that establishment again I advise anybody this reading to do the same

Idk how this girl named “Jessica” works there but she shouldn’t. She was more interested in her bad nails then in doing what she needs to do and while not having a attitude. Also didn’t do it correctly. Told me wrong information. No help. Fire her GM. Lol.

Guy was very rude came in to pay my car payment then he went to ignoring me after telling him I wanted to pay the rest of my fees on my card then wouldn't take my payment had to wait longer

I walked into this Amscot and there was 2 ppl at the window being helped and there was a man in line without a mask, then in walks 2 more ppl without masks ? we will never get a grip on this pandemic when no one is enforcing the mask policy. We're the 2 employees ok with it because they're behind the glass? What about the customers, needless to say I couldn't take it and walked out without getting what I needed.

As usual got exactly what I wanted, I was using another card with fees for everything, and misplaced my Amscot card, so I needed my account reactivated, a replacement card and my account and routing numbers as I am starting a new job and I want direct deposit. I explained all this to Brandon, his response was"Sure, I can do all that for you ". In and out in 5 minutes. Thank You.
