Charged me for a yearly fee of $64.18 after 30 days, did not sign paperwork in person and also didn’t receive any email showing what I signed up for online, told them I wanted to cancel but thought I was only going to be charged $9.99 monthly. Went into gym to see about a refund and was told they have no way of refunding and also didn’t have a corporate office to complain to. Gave away $64.18 for nothing, donated to a gym that makes enough money already. A complete Ripoff!

Rude Customers, Absent Staff. I have seen other Pro gyms out here in Florida, this is my least favorite.

Truly caring, realistic, and motivational people. Lauren, Steve, Alexis, Alex, and so many others keep people going during the hardest of times. I have NEVER been a gym person, and I actually look forward to getting in there. There are all shapes and sizes here, all showing up for the same goal, to be better than yesterday.

Stayed at a hotel 30 minute walk away. Won't do a day pass without physical ID. They won't accept a scan. Seems like a technologically challenged way of doing things.

If a fitness class is in session, they close off 1/3 of the gym.There is 0 space to do abs.No wifi available to listen to music.The app never works, so it’s impossible to go after hours, which is the biggest appeal of going here.Don’t waist your time, the free gym and vinoy is worth it more.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. Beyond deplorable business practices. 260 dollars for a 30 minute personal training session with a highly under qualified " personal trainer" is criminal. They are bullies and make it impossible to cancel. Between shady business practices to rude staff literally go anywhere else... crunch ymca anytime fitness even planet fitness isnt this unprofessional and unreasonable. Amped is doing nothing short of ripping people off. They should be ashamed. The number of better business bureau complaints tells the story. They are trash. Shame on you amped.
