I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Alen Used Cars.
I have never enjoyed purchasing a car.They made my entire experience incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. Their knowledge and professionalism was extraordinary. I looked at several other dealers but it was the BEST that was the difference maker for us. It was very comforting to have someone like them. They have our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Alen Used Cars

The owners wife either she has no clue about cars or she's a good liar
I pay full price on the car I didn't even ask for Discount it was a lot of money cash
The car had a few issues I was willing to fix
I asked specifically for the transmission if it was good and she said yes
I end up with a bad transmission and other issues but is my fault for being nice...

So I had been searching for a new vehicle recently for about two weeks and I had been to a numerous of different places and no one could help with the situation and discouragement was setting in.
As I have small kids and needed something to get me back on the road ASAP.
So I stopped by Alen’s and immediately a warm polite greeting everyone there the whole team very understanding and adamant about wanting to see you get the best deal for whatever the circumstance.
Whether you are looking to buy, sale, trade in for a upgrade they are there to help and I would definatley recommend if your looking for a nice and reliable vehicle to get you on the road and where you need to go.

Be very careful with these scammers, I went to see an Audi A5 and once there, they told me that it was a clean title and that it had only had one owner, I asked them for the Carfax and they said they didn't have it. They did everything they could to get me to take it right away, but I told them that I would first pay the carfax to see that everything was fine, when I did so when I got home I saw that it was a salvage title with 3 previous owners and two accidents. They knew perfectly well that it was a salvage title. If I were you I would never buy here...

Went here to buy first car, used 2014 Jetta. Staff was nice and helped me along the way to purchasing the car and were willing to work with me to drive it off the lot same day. The car itself has been through a lot but runs completely fine, few very minor cosmetic issues but functionally it runs really nice. And for the price it's not bad by any means. I'm very satified with this car and love driving it. I trust that this car will get the job done for me especially if the dealer was willing to sell it to a family member had I not purchased it. Another good thing about buying from these people are the connections they have with some local shops that would offer a discount or free service if they refer you. Overall nice place and some very good people.

I've been in many car dealers in the whole US. Some good, some bad, some terrible, and then, "Alens" used cars. I've never been more mistreated as a customer my whole life. I was looking for a cheap car for one of our housekeepers, who lives with us. We found some options online and UNFORTUNATELY, one of the cars was for sale in this terrible place. As soon as we arrived, there was a guy that looked like a grumpy chubby bum, dressed as a gang member. He turned his back on us clearly to make us feel not welcome at all. If that person owns the place, I can't imagine how they're still in business. He got into his "office" shutting the door on us and sent a lady ( not sure if an employee or his wife ) to attend us a few minutes later. The lady looked like a good person and tried to help, but after a few minutes, this chubby bum got out of his "office" yelling at us, treating us like trash for no reason.
The car looked ok and we were ready to buy it cash, but as soon as that obnoxious and rude men ( posing as a car dealer owner ) stopped yelling, we decided to leave the place and never come back. We felt so offended and discriminated we even considered calling the police.
This is clearly a cheap dealership that sells cheap cars, but never in my life I've seen such stupidity from a business owner that aims to make money. I'm not sure that guy is an employee or owns the place, but he is clearly not basically prepared to do any business. AVOID this place. I mean it.
