They had to order my tires. Told me they'd be there the next day and would call me when they came in. No call for a solid week. I called. The guy on the phone asked me my tire size. I have no idea. He told me to just come in because they must be there. I went the following day and they were only delivered 2 of the 4. Had to wait 2 more days and I finally have new tires and a good spare. End result, you have to keep on them because they aren't good at calling you. I gave 4 stars because I'm just happy to have it done and it was a great price.

I needed two new tires on my truck. My tires were half as old as the truck (2008) so No tread and a screw causing one to go flat in less than 8 hours. They quoted me a reasonable amount, ordered the tires, and the next day I was rolling again. Quick, reasonable, and excellent service. I will be a repeat customer.

I recently visited Ace Tire & Auto, Inc. for a tire patch and was surprised by the cost of the service. While I understand that prices can vary, a charge of $44 seemed quite high compared to my past experiences. It would be helpful if the pricing was more transparent or if there were more options available for minor repairs. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to enhance customer satisfaction in the future....I did find a way better place on 66th for 20 bucks, and they said my tire was destroyed, so they hooked me up with the exact tire with a similar tread life for 70. I guarantee you'll have charged me way more for a replacement tire. Your loss for your prices. Go to Bernies Tires and Recycling on 66th. They are ethical and fast. See my review on them!

Last week I went there because I had a flat tire, they actually took my tire and gave me an old and runout tire of the same brand instead of just patching my newer tire with good tread.
