A bunch of piece of s*** men working in this store that think they can talk to women any kind of way they need to go home and talk to their wives like that. Not a bit of great customer service here!!!! Refuse service but the store across the street is better and cheaper anyway so they did me a favor!!!!

i agree with everyone in the reviews. this place is a joke. if i could give it 0, i would. the guy who works nights acts like you’re inconveniencing him when you come in. he denied me and my partner cigars and said you had to be 24 to purchase them. everything is more taxed there, and the attitude this individual employee has is unprofessional. tonight was my 2nd time coming in, and was worse than the first. he was staring at us the whole time, arms folded, and sold us freezer bitten ice cream.

Garbage people, these guys are scam artists robbing the community that gives them business. They refuse to honor product promotions and lied to me about a current one involving juul pods that I was able to go to the next 711 down the road and purchase. When I came in they sat there talking to each other sitting on the floor and didn't even acknowledge all of us in line. They repeatedly interrupted me to talk to each other while I was trying to ask about the product promotion. They are 10% plus more expensive on everyday items. These guys are benefiting by taking advantage of the community around them and it's disgusting. Look at the other reviews, this store should loose their franchise status and are an embarrassment to the 711 brand.

As if you couldn't see with all the other one star reviews, this 7-Eleven is HORRIBLE! Please do not waste your time. The (old, over-tanned, blond ponytail) lady that worked at 3:00 on Thursday August 11th has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever let alone have knowledge of the products/prices there! She was extremely rude to me, acting like she hated her job and didn't want to work (so quit, don't make everyone else miserable!) She does not need to be in the field of customer service that's for sure! Apparently there has been other complaints/reviews on here as well (wonder how many people hasn't reviewed her). Y'all need to get some employees there who actually want to work, have knowledge of the food, products and prices/sales there and whom can show customer service skills THEN perhaps you guys would move up from a one star rating. This isn't even including the burnt old hot food on display but that will also be fixed when you get an employee who actually wants to work not be on the phone!

It's no surprise this place has such lousy reviews. It seems the disgruntled middle-aged blonde female "manager"/cashier takes out her misery on anyone that walks through the door. While stopping in for the first and last time, I witnessed her belittling four different customers including one guy that as it turns out 7-eleven headquarters had requested through a third party to be a secret shopper at the location. After yelling at three other customers she rushed out to belittle the secret shopper who was out in his car preparing to leave. I guess it's safe to assume they have a lot that they want to hide at this location from corporate.Update: After the response below, I submitted further details of the incidences I witnessed to 7-eleven corporate. They claimed they created a case number and they said they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but it's been 5 days and they have given no update.
