I would not shop in this store when they try to charge me $0.50 cents for refill my cup. I have visited other 7-eleven by 4th sth and the one in 83rd and 9 and I get it for free.

Night time attendant refused to make fresh wings at 2am when there’s no other customers at the time. For a brand that’s supposed to be 24/7, this is unacceptable. If attendant is too lazy to work, he should not be working Night Shift.
