“The store is always clean, well organized and well stocked. When there is a line at the check-out, they try and call for backup from the back of the store. This Walgreens does carry a good selection of cold beers and wine; they do not have hard liquor at this location. Writing this review to specially give the fantastic pharmacy staff a giant shout-out. When they get busy, there will be a wait, and they quite often need to take time to deal with issues caused by insurance providers - this is a common challenge faced by every pharmacy across this great country. The wonderful staff here manage to stay cool, patient, and empathetic, and try to be as helpful as possible, including trying different discount cards.”

“I want to add to this review as I think it shows more about the company than to delete it. I received a call from Diego who was not pleased with the way my order was handled and has refunded my money in total...which included my return shipping. He stated he was out of the country and that none of this would have happened if he was present.Therefore I change my review to 5 stars!I do not usually write a negative review but this company handled my order so unprofessionally that I feel that I must. I had a subscription with this company and before the item was shipped I contacted them to cancel. I was then given a different number to call as they told me the pharmacy department handles this. I left two messages but never heard back. I went back to where I started, was told to call them again and I finally spoke with someone who told me they cannot cancel orders and sent me back to where I started. I then tried to reach the main number did not receive an answer and someone sent me a text asking how they could help. I explained that everyone I spoke with sent me to someone else to cancel. Then I was told that if the order is not shipped within 7 days it automatically is canceled. This did not happen. I explained the situation and after two days of texts I was told by the end of the day that the item would be canceled. To make a long story short, it was never canceled and it was shipped. I was then told to put a note withthe return and they would refund my money. Once I received my item and contacted them to say I received it I was told I would be charged a restocking fee. I explained the situation once again and was told that the restocking fee would be refunded once they received the item. Again I had to contact them regarding the refund of the restocking fee. They would not reimburse the shipping even though it was their fault that the item was not canceled. It is really sad that this is a small company that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I will never order anything from them again.”

“It took me a while to discover this location but since I have realized what value and ease shopping there is for my family I am a regular. Although a more budget friendly store than anywhere else carrying name brand items, Winn Dixie consistently has a great selection of higher end products including a great assortment of foreign foods, frozen products, even a good variety of salami and hard cheeses. This location, in particular, also excels at carrying a few things that are difficult to find in other stores: the store branded salt free potato chips are amazing, a great variety of caffeine free sodas, and I almost always can find a ripe or almost ripe avocado there!Their normal prices are fantastic and competitive and if you are patient and watch the app for a points bonus you are getting up to 10% off (in future store credit). I try to only buy branded convenience foods when on sale and so often Winn Dixie's sale price is up to half off while the closest competitors are offering $1-2 off. For something like a California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizza that's universally priced at $11-12 dollars that represents a great savings!Beyond the incredible value and manageable size of the store what really gets me coming back is the incredible friendliness of the front end employees. Antionette perfectly balances welcoming and chatting with customers with efficiently ringing the order and bagging the groceries. It's truly a lovely way to start the day when I stop by and she's working. Everyone else has been great too; whether busy or not they always have a friendly word to say and remind me to put my rewards number in when I'm busy in "mom mode" talking about why we might not be buying candy on that shopping trip ;-). Thanks to everyone for being my favorite local grocery store!”
“This is THE BEST pharmacy I have ever been to! The owner is there all the time, knows my family by name and has even stayed open late so that we could pick up a prescription for an ill family member. Mr Baydoun is knowledgeble, thorough, and exceedingly kind. His prices are very reasonable and he has a wide variety of items that he carries. If he doesn't have it, he will find a way to get it for you! Baydoun pharmacy is an absolute rare GEM in a sea of big name, impersonal and uncaring pharmacy businesses!”
“Really like this location for gas. Clean organized station. Love that you can use the scan and go option on your phone as well as your sams card to pay. There is an attendant on staff if you need assistance. Easy entrance and exit to get in and out quickly.”

I found their prices and selection mostly on par with Publix and they also have bogo here. “The pharmacy department team was the kindest and most helpful one I’ve been to. They were handling a large number of customers with varying issues with grace and efficiency. I normally use the one on Central and 66th and they tend to be rude and less interested in answering questions and are disorganized. New employees all the time it seems. Trasure Island Store has a lot of selection in a smaller store but well stocked. I would use them over my neighborhood store anytime.”

“The staff has always been very helpful. They have worked really hard to resolve issues when the doctor was late sending a script, there was some insurance issue or I waited until the last minute to get really important meds refilled. They've been good about pointing out potential medication contraindications, and have followed up with the doctors about the why's and when's, preventing some potentially harmful situations from occurring. They're friendly and professional and work at establishing good patient relationships...that's why we're on a first name basis with them. And let's be clear, the competition between the 21/2 major pharmacy companies, Walmart and Amazon (PillPak) along with CVS's corporate debt load and resultant staffing cuts, have put a lot of extra pressure on the folks who actually make CVS (or Walgreen's) work. I just glad we've got some good professionals who think it's important to smile when you walk in the door.”
