My boyfriend recently needed help with his account so I came with him to this location. Duke is who helped him, and I recognized him as the same person who assisted me at a different location a while ago. He was extremely helpful at both visits, and you can tell that he is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about making sure his clients have the best experience possible.

I have been using this BoA for about 2 years now and the company I do business with has been with them for over 5 year. Each time I go to drop of deposit the lady in the drive through has a horrible attitude. She try to find the smallest details wrong with the deposits and will try and say she can't take them but then after I say it's the same way I've done it for the past two years she proceeds to roll her eyes and act like a child and deposits my check. I drop off deposits to multiple bank in the st pete area and this is the only BoA bank I have problems with. I will not be using this BoA and will be taking my business elsewhere. I am highly disappointed in this cousmter service and will not recommend this branch to anyone else. I will be making a complaint with corporate as well.

Consistently the most understaffed customer service of any BofA. Today at 1pm their one and only ATM is "out of service" and the doors to the building are closed (this despite more than 16,000 gathering in Amalia Arena on a regular basis). Open your doors already! One drive thru lane is staffed where you cannot even use an ATM card. 10,000 people live on St. Pete Beach (plus thousands of tourists) and this is the best BofA is willing to do?

The staff at this branch are always very courteous and helpful. During the pandemic the number of employees has been reduced and it is frustrating to have to wait longer to make a transaction I know, but if one person's trying to do the work of another also then things are going to take a little longer. I think a number of reviews of this branch seem very harsh under the circumstances and customers should be grateful that these employees have shown the courage and dedication to remain at work to serve them during these very trying times.

I would like to compliment the staff working the Drive through today. They are always nice but today they were exceptional since most transactions are handled via the drive thru system and some people don't appreciate their effort.

Website is wrong. Said drive thru is open. 3:45pm & drive thru is CLOSED. Unbelievable. Next closest branch is also closed. As an added bonus, I just walked up to the ATM & it said withdrawal not available.

an employee usually greets you at the door, unless they're very busy already helping csrs. everyone is very cheerful & helpful. ive been coming here for over 6 years, bought & sold homes, opened & closed cds, used their financial advice, etc...ive always had a positive outcome. special kudos to samantha & michele who are always on top of everything & ready to help. never waited longer than 15 minutes but usually its immed or 5 min. you can help yourself & make an appt if you need a desk person. what more can you ask for in a bank?!

This branch is the worst. They are located in a tourist area and only have ONE teller who is responsible for the inside counter and the ONE drive thru lane. They also only have ONE walk up ATM. It took me 30 mins to cash a check today. Sat at the drive thru for 10 mins and no one came so I parked and went inside waited another 20 mins inside w/3 people ahead of me. None of the other employees would/could help the teller so they just sat talking to each other while we all waited for help. Time to find a new bank!!!!!

New to town and this is now my go-to branch. The manager was very helpful in setting up our safe deposit box and other items. Excellent service and didn't have to wait long at all. A+

By far the worst bank for customer service. I wait 20 mins in line to deposit a check. Meanwhile there are two Staff members sitting at a desk watching one lady try to take care of the line plus the drive through by herself. I was dropping off a check for my wife but I would NEVER have an account here. It is the same pittiful service every time I have to cone here. How does this bank manager keep keep her job?

All the time the drive thru is occupied for staff of the bank, so you could'nt make bussiness since your car..bad attention too...
