The gym has accessible equipment, affordable prices for residents ($1) and visitors ($2), and a limited but decent selection of machines and weights. The pool is highly praised as one of the best, providing a refreshing escape and staffed by attractive, professional lifeguards. A new playground being built next to the pool enhances family activities, and there is also a four-vehicle electric charging station near the Corey Island bridge. The community center also hosts events, such as weddings, with spaces like the Boca Ciega Ballroom offering beautiful water views, plenty of room for groups of at least 75, and flexible vendor policies. The upstairs patio is perfect for mingling during events. Although some issues like elevator breakdowns can occur, overall, the facilities are highly recommended. The center’s charming setting, clean environment, and convenient features make it a great asset for the local community, supporting both recreation and special occasions.
