We are snowbirding from Indiana and came across this place to have our dog groomed. We walked in there to see about scheduling an appointment and they got us in immediately. I wish we could have this groomer year round. I would highly recommend going there. The groomer is so nice and she went above and beyond. So happy with the results.

Has a great variety of dog products. My dog love this place. We usually come twice a month for a bath and buy a toy and treat to reward him when picking him up. Great customer service and I see many other customers whose dog need haircut all come out very cute and nicely groomed.

We’ve brought our dogs for grooming here twice so far, and we couldn't be more pleased. Best they’ve ever had. They are a perfect example of you get what you pay for. Our dogs fur has never looked so clean, and the styles are adorable.Thank you !!Jen

They gave the best grooming our dogs have had in 10yrs. Their fur has never looked so clean, and soft, and the styles are adorable. They are $15 more then are previous groomer and worth every penny. They also trim the nails, and express the glands. Thank you! Jen

Just moved down here. Leslie took care of my boys Beckham & Zeus. She treated them like they were her own. They look great, happy, and smell awesome. We will be back for sure!

We thought this place was TOP SHELF!! Super friendly and nicest ladies there. Did a fantastic job on our big English Lab that doesn’t like his nails done. They were gentle and again best trim job he’s ever had and he’s 8 years old. So happy to find out about their place.

Don’t waste your time with CYNJO. Booked an appointment for 10:00 AM. Got there at 9:50 only to find out the groomer is in Miami today. It’s obviously these people don’t know how to run a business. No call, text or email advising me the groomer is not in today.

Don't waste your time with CYNJO. Booked an appointment for today at 10 am. Got there 10 minutes early only to find out the groomer is in Miami today. No call, text or email to tell me the groomer is not in today. What a waste of time. Some people don't know how to run a business. Sad.You replied that when I booked it was not a confirmation only a request. Just for your information, I did receive a confirmed appointment email. I didn't miss the point that it was only a booking request. Shame on you blaming your website support.

We were traveling from Miami to Tampa and decided to stop by Saint Petersburg to check out some art and outdoor adventure when we realized we ran out of kibbles for our dog. I went into panic because my dog only likes to eat Fromm kibbles, and it's quiet difficult to find since its not available at big name pet stores. That's when I went on yelp and found CYNJO Pet boutique and it was very close to where we were staying! Once we went inside, we were immediately greeted by the owner and we were so surprised to see that this shop has soo much stuff for our fur child! They have toys, grooming supplies, food, treats, clothing, beds, crates, and carriers! They even offer grooming as well. Best of all, all their items and grooming are fairly priced! I asked to see if their were any availability for my dog to get groomed since we came from the beach and they were able to accommodate us on a very short notice. The owner even showed us a flavor of Fromm that I've never seen at my usual pet shop. My corgi left that shop freshly groomed and excited that he had new toys, treats, and food! Cynthia (the groomer), really took her time to make sure my corgi's butt was nicely shaped and did a great job. Next time we decided to stay at St. Petersburg, I will definitely stop by again!

BEWARE: Charged More than quoted---We took our Golden Doodle who is even tempered, loving and loves getting groomed, in for a complete cut, we were quoted $85. When we picked him up it was $120. They said he was difficult. This was his first cut with them and he is a very calm tolerant dog. Although I wasn't happy, I took him home and noticed that he wasn't trimmed short enough so I called the NEW OWNERS back 1.5 days later, they said I could bring him in. When I did, they charged me an additional $35 dollars TO CORRECT their cut. NOT A FAN and I was not impressed with their method of extracting additional $ from us. We will NOT GO BACK.

Came across new owners at the Grooming store and they were such a delight to meet! Not only are they animal lovers, my dogs fell in love with them! It was truly nice going to a groomer where the ambiance is amazing, the owners are amazing and most of all treat my animals with care and love. If you haven't checked out CynJo Pet Boutique, make sure you do, this animal paradise will soon be overbooked!
