I am going to go out on a limb here and call Phoung a true artist and craftsman. My fiance and I asked him for some pretty fine details (as seen in photo) for my engagement ring. He even took the time to order a new tool to complete the task when his current tools were not giving him the results he wanted. The ring he made me will be treasured forever ❤️

Phuong was great! Walked in with a broken watch took him only 10 minutes to fix it while I waited. Very courteous and friendly, excellent pricing and value would highly recommend him! Love his parrot too!

Phoung is a super nice guy and we enjoyed meeting him. He has a nice little shop and does all of his own work in house. His material cost point was pretty much industry standard and his work rate was more than fair. Definitely worth stopping in if you get a chance.

Stopped in while on vacation to shop for my wife’s birthday. Phuong was great. He does amazing work. It is rare that you find a jeweler who is both willing AND able to make you a piece from scratch. He also offered to modify several pieces if we wanted. He showed us works in progress as well as finished designs. He is the kind of man who will make a deal on your word. You are not going to find run of the mill mass produced pieces. The things he has, however, are beautiful and very likely one of a kind. Great store, wonderful service and we will be stopping in again when we are back that way.

Not sure why my previous review did not post, but Mr. Phuong is indeed a master! He took time w/ me to create a black/white diamond pendent for our 20th anniversary. Incredibly cherished piece.

We had to get a ring re-made and Phuong made the process so pleasant. He agreed to re-use the materials from the old ring, found us a beautiful new center stone, and listened so attentively to what I wanted! He asked so many questions to make sure the ring would be perfect. He even finished the project a day early, and it is BEAUTIFUL. Exactly what I wanted and absolutely exquisite. Thank you, Phuong, for making us this perfect ring that we can be proud to show off.If you're looking for custom-made jewelry that you'll be totally thrilled with, this is the right place to go. There are too many items to photograph, as we took in 5 or 6 pieces, each of which Phuong took care of for us. We had lost a diamond, needed new bales, re-sized a ring and added a new lobster claw. Our community is so blessed to have a Master Goldsmith this talented and devoted to his customers. We love Phuong, and if you do not use him for your jewelry needs, you are making a serious mistake! Please support local businesses, or say good-bye to the great American dream! This is the bale which needed enlarging, and you would never know it has been altered.

You wouldn't know it from the location but you can find very well made custom jewelry here. My wife bought a gold necklace with dolphins diving into an emerald and a dangling black pearl.

A friend recommended Phuong to me and I had 2 pieces of jewelry that I wanted made into a custom pendant. We discussed it and he said I could have it next week. I also bought a small tin that needed to be sautered which he would do that day. We arranged a time and to my surprise and amazement he had both pieces done!!
