Owen made me the most beautiful ring using the diamond from old wedding ring. He came up with a unique design and even stayed late for me to pick it up. Oh, and besides all that he is such a sweetheart with endless patience for all my questions. Thank you Owen, you have a forever customer ?

I purchased an amazing cut and polished 21.7 ct. Bolder Opal directly from the area in Australia known as Opalton, and turned it to Owen Sweet in the Pasadena to have a pendant made from it for my wife. Because no two mined Opals are identical in size and shape, he had the Opal 3D Mapped and then designed a one-of-a kind, Sterling Silver pendant to hold the stone. The result was simply stunning and my wife absolutely loves it.

I have had Owen do a few pieces for me and I have been completely satisfied. He repaired and re-rhodium plated a bracelet for me. The bracelet looks better than ever. So happy! I also had a ring redesigned and it's more beautiful than I could imagine. Owen sent me CAD drawings so I could see what the ring would look like and it turned out better than expected. He is truly a master artisan. I get many compliments on my ring and I have been recommending him to all. If you need a repair or a new design, Owen is your guy!

I have my great grandmas watch band break on me because it was so old. Obviously, the battery hasn't worked in years. I found this little old place and boy am I am happy camper. They replaced the battery and a brand new almost exact look alike band in about 25 minutes. I am so happy I can wear it again and the time actually work! This used to be an old jewelry company, but the new owner and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, kind, efficient and also had a sense of humor. If I ever need anything again, this is the spot I'll come back to. Thank you!!!

I took in several pieces of swarovski along with a diamond cross that broke in half. Not only was his work less than but I waited 2 months. He keep giving me excuses.He knew what he did and only charged me for 1 piece which I shouldn't have paid for! It's difficult to photograph crystals but if you look, you can see the ugly darker crystals he put in. I do not recommend ?

I had a great experience at Owen Sweet Design. I was looking for an anniversary gift for my wife.The salesperson was great. He took the time to answer our questions and educate us about their stylish inventory. We were also lucky to meet the owner Owen; he helped me pick a ring that was unique,classy and beautiful. The premises are classy, and the staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly. It’s impossible to walk out empty-handed!

Beware of this place. This Owen is a joke! I brought him 4 watches for battery change. I had already brought them 5 months ago, but the battery didn't last long apparently. They called me to pick them up after 4 days and two of them broken! Owen told me very relaxed and as cool as they could take them to a place to be fixed. That they were cheap watches, that's why he couldn't put the glass or the battery on them. Owen, if you don't know how to change batteries…don't! find another business!!! but don't be cool justifying yourself that Michael Kors and Swatch watches are cheap!!! I hope that next week you will deliver them to me fixed. The customer service provided by this person is so low category that when I crossed the exit door he yelled at me: have a nice dayyyy !!! as if I didn't know what that expression means after a discussion. You look so ridiculous!!!

I visited Owen Jewelers a year ago when I took in pieces of jewelry for repair as my former jeweler had left the area. I spent a few hundred dollars on numerous pieces for work; I thought it fairly expensive for what they did, but did not know an alternate business. One of the clasp repairs on a necklace still not right, but he would not stand by his work. Poor job but could care less about my past business or any future business I might be interested in.Avoid this place as all they want is your money and will NOT stand behind their work. Will find a place that values customers and not be rude to those that come in for assistance in good faith!!!! Anyone know of a good jeweler who values their customers?

I bought a pair of pearl screw back earrings in Charleston Was worried about getting them to be used on my pierced ears Mary was kind and listened to my concerns Was beyond pleased when I picked them up(ready early) I think Ive found a new favorite jewelry store!!

I could not be happier with the result of the wedding ring Owen and his team designed for us. We went to them with an idea for a new wedding band, and it turned out even better than we could have imaged! We finally found a jeweler we can trust, he has our business for life!
