I love it! But there are problems
•the pool evaporated a few days ago, the good thing is that they fixed it
•room 1 (I think) was frozen especially the toilet ?
•I recommend not buying at the pizzeria
nearby was square and in my case there was only cheese
•In another nearby restaurant I saw that a table was on the floor and a child came out angry.
But it is a great motel ??

The room was very cold and the pool was very hot, most of the water had evaporated, the toilet was frozen, the carpet was burned and I know this is not the place but when I went to a cafe I saw two little girls, one blue and a red one who looked angry and when there was a disaster

Cool! I liked square pizza but didn't really enjoy frozen bedroom and empty pool with really hot bottom.

Quaint family-owned small motel perfectly located directly next-door to The Hurricane famous restaurant, South of The Don Cesar. Rooms are bare bones but pristine and so very, very comfortable. The air conditioning was PERFECT IN Room #109 and kept the room at 66 degrees Fahrenheit on a 90 degree hot day. A "must-have," for me. The beds were fabulous with new, firm luxury mattresses and super soft sheets. The hot water was great for nice showers. The motel is directly facing the Gulf and the beach on the Gulf Way road in Pass-a-Grille aka south St. Petersburg, FL.

I was going to visit other places to get out of beach city, I arrived normally to take a dip, but the pool was completely evaporated, I said "ok" that's fine, it's normal where I live, at least I don't live in ocean city, I went to my room and the temperature was -10º, especially the toilet, perfect service
PSdata: change the square pizza

I don't know how I never knew about this location. Pass-a-grille has been my favorite beach for 8 - 9 years but I always just headed to the beach and never looked around.
First, the location of keystone motel is amazing. It is right on the beach side with wonderful shared balcony view. It is right next to two or three amazing restaurants and eateries. (More if you walk a block or so).
From the moment we arrived I felt like family. Danielle was so sweet when we arrived and meeting the whole family (Mary her mom, and her dad) was awesome. It is definitely a small family owned place. I sat and talked with them several times throughout my stay and they made the whole trip so memorable!
The room was clean and nice. It didn't look old or outdated and most importantly (from other experiences) the bed was super comfortable.
There was a nice clean pool and it was a very relaxing experience.
Parking was not an issue with my disabled parking permit but you may want to arrive early or download local parking app if arriving later in the day just because it is the busiest part of the beach.
This is now my favorite place to stay in all of St Petersburg Beach areas and I'm already trying to plan another trip! I really didn't want to leave this time!
We will be back as soon as possible!
Rooms: Clean and comfortable, no frills. Just what you need for staying low key beach trip.
Nearby activities: Boat trip to Shell Key, Amazing beaches, lots of cute boutique shops, a small museum, lots of good places to eat.
Walkability: Even with limited walking distance due to disabilities everything was so close I could walk. (Less walking than my local Walmart)
Can also get freebee ride service to get around.

Rude people, bad parking, no hot water to bathe, and towels every 3rd day.
I do not recommend! As they would say “ See you later Alligator “ as you leave unhappy! They don’t care!

The Keystone Motel at Pass-A-Grille is a wonderful motel, facing the Gulf of Mexico beach and is located at the Southern end of St. Pete Beach. The Motel opened in 1945 and is still owned and managed by the original family. The location is primarily residential with a few good restaurants and retail businesses with in walking distance. The Motel is a very relaxing place to vacation with clean rooms, a nice warm pool, deck chairs and an upper deck where you can go to view the beautiful sunset. We are repeat customers and have already reserved our room for next year! You won't find a nicer place if you are looking for a good motel at a great location.

Loved the place, the only bad thing was that the pool was evaporated, although they filled it again the next day, It was difficult to sleep but other than that it was great
Rooms: They were pretty frozen.

It is interesting how the toilet was completely frozen, the evaporation of the water from the pool and especially the square pizza but more than all it is a pleasant experience

The hotel's location is wonderful. Cross the street and you are at the ocean! There is a pool surrounded by lounge charis and tables. There are lots of cute shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. We walked everywhere unless we needed a run to grab groceries. Many of the units are equipped with kitchenettes. The rooms are very clean and decorated so nice. My family will be booking another stay there!
Rooms: Clean and decorated with a beach vibe. We watched the sunset from our room in the evening. Spectacular views!
Nearby activities: Shop & restaurants line the streets all within walking distance.
Safety: I felt safe in the area. I walked the beach at sunrise every morning along other tourists gathering fresh air and shells.
Walkability: The hotel is surrounded by shops & restaurants.
Noteworthy details: Pass A Grille is a cute, friendly town!

Very good although the pizza is square and the pool is evaporated and the room is cold but one good thing is that it is close to the best restaurant in the world
