Took my sweet dog there 3times was very happy the first 2 visits.. my 3rd visit not happy at all and will not return ever.. she's a small Pomeranian I like to have a fox cut...when I got her home I noticed the back of her legs and several other areas were bleeding..: cut her way too fast and way to short.. 65$ plus a 20$ tip and didn't even bath or cut her nails and my dog left bleeding.. a big NO for me

Amazing and accommodating dog groomer. I highly recommend this family owned groomer! My dog loves them. They are good listeners and he looks great afterwards!

Was recommended here by my vet! Told this groomer over the phone MULTIPLE times and left a voice mail stating his weight. age. and that he’s NEVER been groomed before. Went out of my way and came a day early to help them out. waited some time and two ladies came out believe named missy and another who’s name started with a C, and without even saying hello or thinking automatically goes “nope i can’t do this”. Stating he was too big and “too wild”.I told them in advance so they were aware as to what they were walking into to.And for these ladies to tell me it was inhumane for me to keep his hair this long, and what i was doing wrong instead of helping me??? what a lovely first welcoming! Don’t recommend for golden doodles. or ANY big dog i guess!oh also she said i need to get him put out and go to a vet hospital for a haircut.

I had a horrendous experience at this dog groomer. The staff was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. It was clear that they lacked any semblance of professionalism. From the moment I walked in, I was met with snarky comments and an overall condescending attitude. I am utterly disgusted by their behavior. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. If you care about your furry friend's well-being and your own sanity, steer clear of this appalling establishment. One star is far too generous for this disgraceful excuse for a dog groomer.

I am so disappointed. We recently moved back to the area and I took my cockapoo in for a trim. When I booked the appointment I informed them that she is very anxious, is typically muzzled and needs someone who would be patient with her. I even spoke to the groomer herself when I dropped her off and personally placed the muzzle on my pup. I specifically said that I did not want her shaved, but more of a puppy cut. She did not have any matts so there should have been no issue there. When I picked her up I could hear her barking uncontrollably in the back room and when they brought her out, she was shaved down and completely uneven. They also told me to basically not bring her back. I have never had any issue with her as everyone I have previously been to had her best interest in mind. I do not feel that my pup was properly cared for and will not be returning.

Its hard to find a groomer who does a good Scottie groom. But, they do a wonderful job grooming our Scottish Terriers. Thank you Missy!
