He threw in free delivery, and I love my new bed.I had to add this because it's important for all consumers looking for a mattress. Mine ended up having a defect, but without a hassle or any kind of objection, Tricia happily set up a replacement to be delivered in days. Not many people know they have a 120 night great sleep guarantee.Regardless, she did trouble shoot some items with me, but it was obvious there was a coil defect.(a one in a million) Regardless, no complaints, just pleasantries and an urgency to get me sleeping comfortably again.In fact, I even called the next day to see if a topper would help. She told me in my situation it would not, and I'd be wasting several hundred dollars. I will be their customer for life. I have had more and less expensive mattresses, but none with the range of service and support Tricia and Dave give at Mattress Firm. They are the best.”

Ended up purchasing tv stand, 2 bar stools. Helped us load in kia soul. Ended up returning to get delivered a mattress bed. Kitchen table with chairs and dresser. Plus tv tray. Delivery was on time and they installed everything. Family owned business vert friendly. Explained things so I could understand. Prices were great. I did not buy one piece over 1000 dollars. “We have had truly exceptional experiences with Michael in the Saint Petersburg store. We bought a home a year ago and needed quite a bit of furniture for a large open floorplan space. I had no idea what to do and tried working with several independent designers with no success. I went to DOMA and met Michael and from the very beginning he has been fantastic. He has come to our home twice for design appointments and his eye for design and ability to articulate a range of ideas and options, while incorporating the stylistic tastes of the customer, is excellent. “Love to go with treasure hunting? That this is the place for you. There are two locations of boutique is filled with stage vignonettes with lamps and furniture and then there is the warehouse. The warehouse is jam-packed full of treasures and funky. Fun items. The owner , Laurie, with the years in the business, make sure that they are all price reasonably. Don't look for any Ikea items here. You're going to find solid wood heritage pieces at great prices. I found that fabulous picture in the background for less than $100.”
“Incredibly curated selection of furniture and home items. The man running the store has excellent taste and has procured some beautiful pieces. You can tell he cares about quality. He and his son were very friendly as well, and offered information when I was curious about certain items (for example, an old-fashioned kitchen unit which had a hidden fridge). I was looking for something specific and even though I didn't find it, I was delighted by much of the furniture. There were entertainment units that I fell in love with, chairs I could imagine in a large living space, and giant paintings I could see as statement pieces. This place is worth a visit, and I will certainly be back again!”

“I wasn’t sure about going in expecting mid west motif, I was thrilled to se it’s a great mixture of high quality modern, contemporary, and coastal designes. My sales person Milan was very knowledgeable and actually taught me about the quality of the seating (currant sofa seat sunk in). Not only was the customer service great the prices are fair! I didn’t know there are batteries for electric pieces that last up to 4 months (before recharge) so you don’t have electrical cords everywhere!I was ready for my new chairs early so I called and Trish helped me get them three days earlier! Wonderful customer service! I went to Tampa and several stores and the best place was 4 miles away.”

“I love this home store. It has good prices and a large selection. There is also a large pet supplies area with so many dog and cat beds to choose from, which is not common for home stores so I really enjoyed this section for my pets. A bonus is that this store also offers holiday or themed items such as the recent pride month décor and mugs and such-- including rainbow pet clothes. It's just a cute store overall and I appreciate that they celebrate all the holidays and major events, large and small. You will always find something to buy here! <-- It will probably be a mug, they have so many! :)”
