The pre -paid return mailing slip & instructions on my phone said to take it a Fed-Ex drop off for returns. They wouldn't scan label nor print . Poor business in an empty store. Not a very kind lady. It's not like Fed-ex & Walgreens didn't have a business arrangement & they weren't getting paid.Most if us are vacationing or live part time on the island & don't have access to a printer . Now I have to go off Island 10 miles to a REAL FedEx location that knows how to service paid customers. I hope I never have to go into a Walgreens ever again. Betcha she may want a little customer service when she's a patient in the hospital by a nurse like me.

Genuinely once of the rudest women I’ve dealt with. I have a prepaid scannable label from a return that all it needed was to be scanned and sent, didn’t need a box or package as it clearly says in directions. She had to be called to counter as the Walgreens employees couldn’t find her (Walgreens employee are VERY polite) and once there yelled at me about how it can’t be shipped because it’s still in the package. I said at any fedex location or here? She started over like I was 5 years old and never answered my question. So I said okay thank you Nevermind. She literally yelled after me - you can’t ship it! I said you just don’t need to be so rude and this 60+ year old woman yelled EXCUSE ME? Ma’am I’m not trying to fight the elderly. Do everyone a favor and let her go home so she can try to find some happiness.

Staff helpful, but cars are worn, not fully tanks, extra airport fees for convenience.

All employees should know how to ship internationally without having to ask the customer questions other than that it was okay.
