Additionally, they were displeased with the service provided, noting that the person attending to them did not seem experienced and lacked professionalism. The customer also expressed frustration at not being greeted properly and feeling disregarded. They further mentioned feeling deceived when the person claimed to be the owner, only to later admit they were joking. Overall, the customer expressed dissatisfaction with their experience and stated that they would not return to the establishment or recommend it to others.

They did horrible on my hair I asked for a lose bun with a braid on the side for my moms wedding and they did everything but that I got a tight bun with no braid. And they were doing peoples hair that were walking in before ours when we were in a hurry for my parents wedding. That’s what I asked for and then what I got I had to redo my hair.

I just got a Lash lift from Ivy and it looks great!! I will definitely be coming back. It is so nice that they have Groupon. You can also continue to purchase the Groupon each time you come ,which I think is so nice. I definitely recommend Ivy for a lash lift!

In town for work and just felt depressed about how awful my hair looked. Like overnight, the cut and color were just terrible. Getting your hair done a thousand miles from home is usually never a good idea but I went for it. Made an appointment with Emmy very easily online. Showed up the next day, showed her a picture. She told me that what I was asking for would not get me the cut and color in the picture. She explained to me what she wanted to do instead and why. It all made sense so I told her to go for it. Wow!! 2 hours later, my hair was gorgeous. Fabulous highlights, fantastic cut. I feel like a million dollars even though her prices were very reasonable. I will definitely come back again when I’m in town. Thanks Emmy!!

Jaclyn is lovely, gives you exactly what you ask for and I have been very pleased with the cut and service. Also reasonable pricing. This is a nice salon, I plan to try some of their other services at some point.

We spend 2 weeks at Tradewinds just down the street every year. I had a manicure for 2 years and was happy, but last year 3 of my nails chipped the next day. I went back and they fixed them. We left town the day after that before salon opened, by that time l had 5 more chipped nails. I called and asked for compensation. All she would say is "come back and l will fix it". Not an option since we don't live here. So l stop in today and just asked for a half price service and she refused. Never again.
