We paid top price for a beach view room and we look straight into a sand dune. Our sliding door falls off the track and my husband has to pick it up. It doesn't lock but they have a stick we can put in there. Shame on you!!!! I want a

Don't expect much from this place. Only reason I didn't give it one star is because the location is pretty great and you get covered cabanas on the beach which is quite nice.The rooms suck for the price, and that's being nice. These are $50-$60 nightly motel rooms at best in any other location and you're paying at least 6x that here.Balcony door literally is ajar and cannot close. Didn't feel safe leaving any belongings here.Staff lied and said that the rooms get a "full service" clean on the 4th day. That didn't happen. When I requested that they actually clean my room on the 4th day, the front desk said they would guarantee a clean. Just came back to our room at night and nope, didn't even get the full clean. Pathetic and embarrassing.I won't be returning here next time I come to St Pete. Treat this location as a last resort.

Rooms: Still stuck in 80’s in decor, furniture and shower/tub water drain issues.Walkability: Right on the water and right across from shopping center.Food & drinks: Waitress work really hard and great people!Kitchen, however, kitchen couldn’t get our orders right. Hotel has free drink coupons.

Nice location. Big beautiful beach front. Cabana included with room. Large pool. Rooms were nice and clean. Be sure to request a balcony, they have entertainment most nights. Drinks available at the beach. Also has rentals and cruises available for purchase beachside. Family friendly. Across the street from an outlet with a Publix and restaurants. I would stay here again.

So far a really bad experience . Check in it's supposed 4:00pm . I arrived at 3:40 pm did the paperwork work was told give us 20 minutes . I come back to the counter .at 4:20 pm was told no information when my room was going to be ready . Pluss was more people waiting in front of me . Really bad starting so for experience whatever star bad will finished bad ... Definitely I won't come back here anymore . I did a long travel pay over a week before . To have this beautiful welcome . .

Hidden fees and scammed credit card .... Not impressed at all. Go elsewhere... Anywhere!. First day of vacation seems sabotaged. I regret coming here. No hot tub... Old , kind of dirty building. Stains all over the wall and ceiling. Not a family resort, pool closed by 730. Unbelievable sad we're stuck here smelling

Very disapponting stay. We were in room 161, There was a couple fighting in room 261 @ 12AM. The Front desk was notified yet the SCREAMING continued til 2AM then started again at 7AM. Front deak notified again. By 10AM. I finally knocked on the door. The Female opened it and immediately screamed GO KILL yourself and slammed door. . All on viideo which I showed front desk. Dissppointed in how it was handled...with sooo much competion.and hotel options on the beach, managements handling of the situation, no consideration of a ruined night away and offer to switch rooms, or compensatiom makes it an easy choice not to return.Safety: Based on managements failure to resolve a violent situation and other guests complaining I tried to confront the occupants and ask fhem to please stop SCREAMING (cursing etc). As mentioned above a femaleopened the door told me to go kill myself and slammed door. I explained it to front desk, nothing so instead of enjoying the beach and our stay, we left :(
