I asked them to do two cars. The first car was okay, but the second was terrible work. For the money they charged, it was a major disappointment. There were several parts of the interior that weren't cleaned at all. I suspect that the owner had someone else do the second car, but I don't know because the owner never returned my phone call when I called to complain about the second car.

I don't like to give out unfavorable reviews but I'll make an exception in this case. I needed to get my car inspected for insurance purposes. I called made an appointment when I to the location there was no one to meet me. I walked around for approximately 10 minutes. The location looked like an abandoned building. I finally met some "employee". He did take down some details and told me my insurance company would have the paperwork the someday. To date nothing. I have called the place of business several times and have not gotten an answer also this is a detail shop....For what? I ended up driving over to Tampa to have the inspection completed.

Chuck and Tim have been keeping my cars looking fantastic for years. That includes my 48 year old classic car as well as my new one. This is not your typical wash and wax shop. They have the knowledge and experience to take care of your car and really tend to the "details"!! They do a better job than any of the high end shops at reasonable prices! "Excellent" doesn't seem good enough!!
