Cindy Hunt went above and beyond to make our recent home purchase a reality! Our finances were in constant flux due to the concurrent sale of a rental property and the transaction was made even more complicated by the seller’s lack of responsiveness and multiple changes to the closing date. Throughout the entire process, Cindy and her teammates remained actively engaged and provided frequent updates. They were able to field all questions from the underwriters and pushed the seller’s HOA to expedite corrections to their master insurance policy. Home purchases and the overall mortgage process is always stressful but Cindy did an exceptional job at reassuring us each step of the process that we’d close the deal. Today’s mortgage process is complicated and difficult. A multilayered frustrating experience. Especially we found when dealing with banks. Hurry up and wait. Cindy was straight forward, polite and very helpful. There was no second guessing. She explained things clearly and provided superior service. I have a friend who has financed a number of times over the years with Cindy and recommended her. We were not disappointed at all.

My experience with Cindy was excellent. She was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. I was impressed that she always had answers for me and returned my phone calls constantly as I had a lot of questions with my loan.I should add very patient, I couldn't imagine doing this without her and I am grateful for her and helping me with my loan.I apologize. I highly recommend Cindy. And hopefully I'm lucky enough in the future to need her Services again.

The worst mortgage broker ever. If I could give a zero I would. My wife found a lower interest rate that C Hunt wouldn’t match until we said we were going with someone else. All of a sudden, like a used car finance manager, she got us our rate my wife found. How much would that have cost us if my wife didn’t do C Hunts job?? I keep getting mailers from C Hunt after I emailed more than once to take us off her list. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Use her and find out for yourself
