This Walmart is a third world country. Staff doesn't even speak English. They just look at you, smile and say "uh huh". No clue what you're asking. Packed with rude foreigners that do whatever they want. This Walmart is never stocked up with anything. It's the worst Walmart I have ever been to. This place is very chaotic. No organization whatsoever, and the parking lot always smells like weed. You would think in a neighborhood like this. It would be a lot better and more professional.

Not the dirtiest Walmart... Still could not believe how bad the restroom was. None of the black Friday deals I was looking for existed or in stock at this store. Other store 20+ miles away had some of them

Why is it that whenever I buy a bag of Great Value potato chips and open it, it looks like the employees played soccer with it prior to placing it on the shelf?

When in Sunday afternoon. I had a few questions and found two clerks, who could point me in the way of men’s compression, socks, and dog food. Store was well stocked and I saw plenty of workers there. No wait in line.Holiday stuff is out. I haven’t been to Walmart in The long time so I was pleasantly surprised.

This store is nicely located off the highway. It is always busy though. Employees always has so much inventory in the middle of the isles it's a fire safety issue. You can't cross the main isle unless you walk well over 150 feet up an isle. There is no need to bring all the inventory to stock shelf's out at once when there is not that many workers to put it away right away. So pallets sit there for a full 24 hours before putting away! Online shopping often has a long wait time also.

Great staff no matter the time of day. Whether at the peak of business or one of the few times in the day when things are "quiet" ?, the associates at this Walmart Super center location seem to always greet costumers with a smile.

Walmart is know for being messy and dirty and I put up with that to get my cheap groceries but I cannot keep coming here. SO many of the groceries are expired. Meat, yogurts, guacamole, I could go on forever. It's hard enough as it is to get an employee to help me (they're very busy, I am not mad at them they're doing what they can) but for most of my items to be expired is unacceptable. Almost every single one of my grocery pick-up orders has something missing THAT I PAID FOR, and it's not cute or funny anymore. Sure I get my refund but having to consistently get refunds for your items being rotten/missing, is terrible and whoever is in charge needs to get this taken care of. How as a grocery store you have bloody meat bags, dripping prepped food, rotting vegetables out for people to buy? This has been going on for MONTHS, I didn't just catch Walmart on a "off" day. Gross.

They never have anything in stock compared to the other Walmarts around me. It's very hard to walk around the stores when you have people doing in-store orders, taking over all of the isles.

Kirsten is amazing, an asset to Walmart and kindhearted. My son’s golf team is playing in a college tournament tomorrow. We are delighted the team had time for a homemade dinner. I wanted a birthday cake with the team’s mascot, a sailfish. Because I couldn’t use a trademarked logo, I hand-drew a sailfish. Kirsten turned it into a sugar topper and traced over it in the team’s colors. It’s amazing and I am now a Walmart Bakery customer because of Kirsten’s great customer service! She’s a great solution maker and person!

If you shop other Walmarts this store is confusing and hard to find items. Aisles run North/South/East/West seems at random. Stocking takes place at busy times, grocery pickers don't yield to shoppers and vendors block Aisles. Allow more time here to get what you need then at other Walmarts.

Walmart is one of my favorite places to go shopping with prices better than other places. The store was clean and friendly staffing.

Too congested compared to other walmarts. Hard to walk around with cart during weekends with so much crowd. Products are not organized well. No price stickers on many aisles. Long lines for billing and slow customer service. Not the best walmart around Jacksonville.

I spend over $300 a week here, and Walmart’s in ability to pick up a phone when it rings is beyond me.Additionally, and most important their inventory accuracy sucks. The store has the lowest fill ratio I’ve ever seen.Substitutions are typically 75% of the order and items not in stock ate another 12%Poor, poor, poor Poor inventory, management, poor, ordering management, poor stocking. For a new store it is quite dirty and unorganized.Even though the store is closer, I will drive to another location or a different brand store like Publix or Winn-Dixie even Aldi’s to get my groceries from now onFor Walmart receiving an annual income from one family of over $15,000 you would think they would be more concerned with service, accuracy and fill ratio.Dissatisfied. Customer.

Get what you need & get out. Too many people as usual and not a "excuse me" in sight. There's always pallets in the way of isles and workers are always grouped together talking.

I spoke with JOSH in the pharmacy on 8/23/23. He was AMAZING and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me try to solve a pharmacy issue. You're the best and I say THANK YOU VERY MUCH! You deserve a raise!!! I appreciate you! Stacy Schumann
