Ulta Beauty is fantastic! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with an amazing variety of beauty products, from top luxury brands to budget-friendly options. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with product recommendations or questions. I also love that they offer salon services, making it a one-stop shop for beauty. Their rewards program is a great perk, too!

Worst place for a man to go and buy some product. God forbid me getting any assistance from anybody. Staff was not very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They didn’t even know where the product was. Please train your staff.

Today I had my first appt with Deja for color and cut. I love it! Already booked for touch up and trim with her.
Thank you to the store manager, Rod, for helping me at check up. A little mishap with Ulta gift certificate that I received from corporate. Rod and another lady (sorry didn't get her name) made sure that it all worked out. Very much appreciated.

BEWARE!! Rescheduled me 2x in a matter of week. I was told this would happen, but I gave it a shot. Get stylists who can commit to your shifts. Complete waste of my time, expect much better service. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love adore Sara, she is the best! Amazing personality and very knowledgeable! I’m heartbroken that she moved to another location but happy that she was promoted in the process! In fact, everyone at this location is helpful. I’m always asked if I need help, and I appreciate the effort they put in to help me find the right products for my skin.
The manager of the store, Rod, has an excellent personality! He has a positive attitude and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase today! Thanks Rod!

I paid around $400 at the salon for an express keratin treatment and highlights and was extremely disappointed. I’m not sure how I can go into a salon and ask for a highlight touchup and come out with darker hair. When I said something she kept trying to assure me it was lighter. I hate confrontation but had to write this bc when I got home and left for my cruise, everyone was telling me how my looks so much darker my hair looked. ?

First I want to say Katie was the best! She helped me color match and didn’t give up until we loved it. This is the best foundation and match I have ever had.
I gave a 4 and not a 5 because when I came in, I asked for a specific brand of make up for full coverage foundation and two different women said we don’t sell that and pointed me in the direction of a different brand that was not what I was not good tor full coverage. Then I asked for a color match and they said they don’t have anybody coming in for an hour for that but then a few minutes later Katie came to me saying, “do you need a color match.” And she found the exact makeup I was looking for that the other two said they didn’t sell. They just need a little more organization and maybe a team meeting before the doors open so they’re all on the same page.

This might be one of the worst Ulta’s in the country. I don’t know where they hire their employees but seems like “attitude” and “looking down on customers” are the only requirements for the job. Not to speak about a dude with a “package” who wears a mini dress or tight legging in front of all the teen-age girls who come there to shop…After a few “encounters” at this particular store I shop online exclusively or try visit other stores when I’m out of town.

Warning to everyone shopping here... I bought this new eyeshadow palette last night from this Ulta location and was excited to try it today... too bad I was sold used makeup and now I have to trash it. Waste of money and time, now I will never be back.

I always have a great experience at this Ulta! This location is clean and they always provide good customer service. I especially want to give a shout out to Sara for really going above and beyond in helping me pick out some new products! She was so personable and really knew a lot about all of the products!
