I came in for a diagnostic of my Camaro. I was ready to commit to a Starter replacement however to my surprise, I was advised of no need to by Baca. They couldn’t find any issues which warranted a replacement. Baca was a pleasant surprise to have helping me through the whole process. I totally recommend this shop and if everyone is as customer focused as Baca is, which I’m totally sure they are, you are in good hands. Kudos Baca and team!

I see some of positive feedback but could anyone agree when recently they told me I needed my back brakes which was a lie is intolerable. Read my previous post how many incidents where basically I was screwed

The day before Milton was going to hit Florida, my battery died. It was my first time here, and I am thrilled with the service and speed. In and out in 20 minutes. Joey assisted me. Thank you very much for your professionalism.

If I could give more stars I would! My family and I were on our way back home to PA from Orlando when our car broke down at 1pm on a Saturday. We called Tuffy and explained the situation and they reassured us it could be fixed. Once we got to the shop we were told we would have to wait until Monday for the part to arrive. We were scrambling and beside ourselves stuck in Florida for two extra unplanned days. After some trial and error attempts, the guys at Tuffy’s were able to get us back on the road within a few hours and we were able to make it back to PA with zero issues. These guys went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us and we are absolutely beyond grateful for their wonderful team. Kyle, Mr Brian, Baca, and Joey were all so amazing. Great communication, great service, amazing team! They saved us so much time and money. We couldn’t have been referred to a better garage. My family will always sing their praises!

Tuffy's went above and beyond servicing us. We purchased a battery for my daughter's car. About a year later it went dead while she was in Gainesville at college. The local VW dealership stated they wouldn't honor the battery warranty . So we called Tuffy's where we purchased the battery. Joey was amazing. The battery was under warranty. He arranged to have a battery delivered to VW location. VW being difficult wouldn't put in the after market battery. Joey arranged to have the car towed to Tire Kingdom and had the battery and installation taken care of. My daughter was able to pick her car up the next day and get back to attending classes. Such a relief as it's hard to help your kid from afar and Joey and Tuffy's made it easy and were on top of it. We will take all our cars here from now on!!!

I have services many of my cars at Tuffy. I had the 120k maintenance on my 2019 Sienna done and saved over 1K from what the dealer wanted. Also have had tires replaced on multiple vehicles with very competitive pricing.
Over all they are very friendly and great setting up and providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend TUFFY st johns..

All the people there were helpful and nice. I had my tire replaced by them. I called multiple times to get updates and each time they helped me out. Will definitely come back!

My wife and I were on vacation and visiting family in St John’s. On the way back home to Georgia, the vehicle began emitting grinding sounds from the front passenger wheel area. I called Tuffy on the advice from one of our family members. Brian and Keith were both understanding and helpful, and did everything they could to get my wife and I on the road, back home. Thanks to Brian, Keith, and their technicians for taking care of the vehicle. Courteous, kind, professional, and understanding. Thanks again, St John’s Tuffy.

Tuffy and tire auto center. In my opinion I’ve got the best mechanics the technicians in the front no their stuff. They are more than willing to help with any kind of situation and they take care of the customer better than anybody else I have seen or used in the past, they shoot straight up to your options. They work with customers in my opinion they’re the only ones that’s going to work on my vehicle when I need service. The service’s are top notch.
