“I experienced the best of Goodwill today. I am a regular shopper and reseller and understand some days can be especially difficult in the work place especially during the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Today was no different at The Durbin Store. However, while making my rounds in the store I personally witnessed some amazing customer service from multiple employees in different situations. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of attention and expedient nature of the employees which truly shows the professionalism of the company as a whole. Good job Goodwill!!!”

“This store is amazing when you think about a thrift store. It is organized clean and the owner is incredibly friendly. The employees are service oriented and will even bend over backwards to help you find what you're looking for. It's fun to go in and just search when you don't really have anything to search for and see what you come out with because you will definitely not go home empty-handed! Not only have I shopped here, but I have donated items that I no longer need there, too. On both sides of the business there is no difference as far as the help goes-- very gracious people , very polite, very willing to help, amazing hearts!”
“Came for the 10/$15 wed deal. They don't do fitting rooms- Love the selections for $1.50. Trying on at home doing "fasion shows" is so much fun and when things don't fit well, that can be fun too :-)”
“I kept getting flyers in the mail stating, "Get 20% off your purchase when you bring this flyer in!" so I needed to go investigate. After many times of simply forgetting or being lazy we decided to take a trip over to St.Augustine Road. From the outside, the place is huge. I really wasn't fond of the one-way in, one-way out parking lot as I initially missed the first entrance, but once I got in and parked on the other side of the building, I was excited to see what treasures I could find. Once you walk in you can see that it isn't as big as how it looked on the outside, but they have TONS of stuff. On this particular day, they had 40% red tags so I got to searchin'. My boyfriend kinda wondered around the perimeter of the store, but I think he's particular about his clothing so he was done looking way before I was and kinda followed me around. I spent most of my time searching the women's tops, all organized by color but walked away with nothing. I'll check this place out again some day since they get new stuff all the time.”

“This is my holy grail of thrift stores in Jax. I hate that I’m writing a review and not gatekeeping it, but the kind staff asked bicey because some people are so miserable as to leave a review, what’s more a bad one, for a thrift store tryung to do good. The staff has never bern anything but sweet and helpful to me, even helping move furniture and holding it as well! These people and this place are the best.”

“They have a good selection of electronics. I got couple of stereo receivers and they were awesome. However, they also sell out pretty fast so I find myself coming here often.”
