I had some files that I needed printed for my daughter’s school project. I was having a hard time getting the files to send. The gentleman was very helpful and patient with me. Another employee who I think is the manager gave a helping hand. They made sure the print sizes were to my liking. I appreciate your help! 5 star customer care!

Brought in Amazon returns, and Ariel your customer service representative assisted me in repacking and returning a couple of packages, she was extremely nice and helpful , she has a great attitude and work ethic, that's hard to find these days, thank you so much.

For the first time I decided due to the importance of my items to be secure I decided to ship them to this store, they didn’t only sign for the package and lost it they did not do anything to help me and they lied to me about receiving my package and misplacing it and I’m still out of $2000

This UPS location exceeded our expectations!When my wife and I needed to sign an affidavit, we anticipated a cumbersome process. Yesterday (April 2nd), I visited UPS with the intent to simply have a document notarized. Upon approaching the counter, I questioned if UPS could fax, print designed documents (licenses), and laminate, all of which I had been planned to have completed at Office Depot (OD).To my great surprise,, Riley and Tyler, patiently and in good spirit, assisted all my needs! ?One, I was completely amazed that UPS could satisfy all my needs; and two, UPS’s ability to serve in this capacity tremendously saved precious time that allowed me to attend other equally important tasks.I shared with Tyler and Riley that UPS has truly replaced my need to drive all the way to OD in Jacksonville. This experience was also two-fold as I was able to support a neighborhood business.Although UPS is a premium service, I shared that the slightly higher cost saved time and energy in having to unnecessarily drive out of the neighborhood.When it’s important to have documents delivered stat, it’s good to know that UPS can be counted on.??The decision to go to UPS, especially during high traffic, was not only a wise choice, but allowed me to recoup 2, very much appreciated, hours of time.☀️UPS is definitely a “One Stop Shop!”?
