I absolutely love this place. I love the remote access via your phone. I love that they have a washout for my boat so I don’t have to bring everything home and then take it to the storage unit. The place is very clean everybody using it is friendly people are there to help you ,it’s just a very nice facility overall.A+

We thought that going from a family owned business(locally) to a National brand out of state, it was going to be a problem, but I was wrong.. We have 2 spots in 2 diferent locations. We stored our boat and a work trailer at these facilities for over a few years now. Communication is always great, you can talk to a real person. Very clean and safe with security cameras where you know if something happens they got cameras,but for years we NEVER had any issues. Customer service is ALWAYS GREAT! Thanks Anisty

Very poor customer service.....I called about renting a space and received a text message saying that they were to busy to call me and I should make my inquiry by text. I then sent a text asking if they had a space available and their reply was ....we don't have any space available... This is just poor to say the least...No one at this company could pick up a phone and talk to me...I'll let my RV friends know that this place is not worth doing business with.....If I could give them a zero start I would....

One of the first places I did business with when I moved to Jacksonville. They came out late at night to allow me to store my boat after a very long drive. They were always cordial, efficient and let me know they appreciated my business. I wish everything worked as smoothly as working with them. I can't rate them higher but I would if more stars where available.
