“My sons and I went in for cleats and gloves this week and the service we got was great. Nick helped us out and he was incredibly patient as my son's tried out cleats and made up their minds on what they wanted. When it came time for gloves Nick was very insightful with his recommendations and again very patient while my son tried them on and tested them out. Thank you, Nick!”

“Walked in to look at 3 wood options, spent some time with Merrick and he was patient and had an assortment of options available for me. Ended up having a Titleist TSR2 with the shaft he recommended, swung it and haven’t hit a fairway wood that felt that good ever. Bought it on spot and haven’t looked back. “I don’t think I’ve been in American Eagle since middle school but I really really wanted to get the tsitp sweater I saw on TikTok. I knew it was kind of a long shot because they’ve been out for a couple of weeks now. When I got there I was sad to see they were all gone but there was one still on the mannequin! The employees were kind enough to get on a ladder and check the size! That one was unfortunately too small but they were able to get the item number and look it up in there system and we were able to find one that would fit. We got it ordered for shipping and they were even able to get a coupon for me! I feel like the world has been in such a kindness drought lately but the employees being willing to go above and beyond has truly made my week! Thank you all so so much!!!!!!”
