Ordered an arrangement for a client of mine that lost a family member and had to cancel their travel plans. It was right around the 12pm same day delivery cutoff so I called to inquire if it was still possible for same day and the manager was helpful and advised I could continue my online order that was in process and notate in the comments that same day was still available. My clients enjoyed the arrangement and said they were beautiful.
