Horrible. Non stop rate increases. No one who works there seems to be able to actually accomplish anything, horrible customer service.
Edit to response: Your assessment of your customer service is extremely overrated. When you shut down your lot I was at you sent an email saying someone would call me. 20 days later that hasn't happened. I had to try and contact yall and by the time anyone answered, you had no equivalent space for me and I was told to be out by Jun 20th. Additionally, I last left a voice mail 2 weeks ago and that call has yet to be returned.

We have been storing our boat here for 13 years and since Rec Nation bought it there are non stop rate hikes. It would be nice if the price wouldn't change every 3 months. And hopefully the gate will not continue to be an issue. Nice reply I must say.

We were switching RecNation locations to be closer to our home and Tom made it so seamless! The whole process was very easy thanks to him. We love RecNation and have only had great experiences. Highly recommend! Thanks again Tom!!

Not super happy on the rate hikes and insurance charges since rec nation has taken over the location on St. John’s Pkwy. Also can we please get the gate situation figured out? Every other week I get an email about the gate not working and a bike lock is in place for the time being. That’s not acceptable. Also my boat and trailer were damaged in this lot a few months back and rec nation was unable to identify what happen with said security cameras here.

We have had our enclosed trailer at the St Johns Pkwy location for years now, and it's absolutely the most safe, convenient spot for it. The phone app payment system is extremely user friendly and the rates are very reasonable.

Since the storage lot on St. John’s Parkways was purchased by RecNation in 2022 our rent went up 38%, they have not returned the on-site dumpster we had when other company had owned and wi-fi on property would be nice since we pay so much more. Parking lot needs replaced/repaved/new gravel, as it’s all torn up to rock and sand.

We have had a great experience with RecNation Rv & Boat Storage. Their customer service has been outstanding from our first call. They found the closest location to our home making it convenient to see the actual space before committing to the rental. Payment is easy and convenient. We are comfortable that the property is secured and they communicate often during storms etc on the status of property. Someone is always available if you have questions and are courteous and eager to help. I would highly recommend RecNation Rv & Boat Storage!

Ellen in the TX home office has helped me tremendously! Not only has she been super friendly and easy to communicate with, she has gone out of her way to meet my needs of finding me a great spot for being a new trailer owner.
