Pumps shut off when handle lever released and does not start again. Does not recognize 5 cent discounts when using a shell card, attendants have no clue concerning not recognizing shell discounts just mealy mouth excuses about me not knowing how to use my card. Good luck selling over priced fuel when compared to other shell stations in the St Augustine area.

Horrible experience, it takes an awfully long time to read cards, it’s not clear whether your card doesn’t work, or the gas station doesn’t work; you have to look for which gas station works with the card.The equipment is either crowded or not maintained by anyone.

The employees at this location are always sweet and I have never received bad service. The store stays clean and so does the outside area (I rarely ever see trash on the ground). It’s also very well lit, so no sketchy vibes for the most part. I just wish Twin Snakes weren’t so popular at this location, because 5/10 times they’re sold out of them. Other than that, I highly recommend this Shell!

Great Car Wash. 10 Bucks. Does Everything. Fairly New. Better than the rip off Gate car wash across the street. 9 dollars for garbage wash and 21 for the same thing you get here for 10. Save your money. Come here...

Last time I buy a drink at 1.89 when everywhere else the drink is 79 or 90 cents. A big rip off. The drink is only 79 cents when you read the other print and buy a sandwich. I will not stop at daily again. Customers were also rude.
