This place is terrible. Sunday afternoon and there’s 1 lady working the register with at least 30 people in line. I put $100 worth of items down and walked out. Manager needs to do their job and put more employees on the registers or HIRE more people. Nobody is going to stand in line 45 min.

Only one checkout clerk and a huge line. We asked what appears to be the manager to call another clerk and her response was “I’m leaving”. How hard is it to call for help?

Disorganized, messy and very poor selection, if you can sort through the chaos. Granted, the rude customers don't help, but regardless, the management just allows the mess. Not very friendly salespeople, either. Used to be a good experience and now feels like a bad flea market.

They gave me some slippers, but the size was very small, they had the Ross label, the price and since I didn't have the invoice they couldn't change the size for me and I lost my gift and there was nothing to do, very sad and disappointed.

We normally shop in St Aug town, but because of the Black Friday we try to avoid the busiest stores, and we've come across with this Ross Location at Durbin. It's neat,clean,big and so much selections. The service is fast no what time at all. Staff are friendly and very helpful to find your looking for. The fitting room is clean and not messy at all.
