I called to irder pizzas for my daughters 13th birthday. The person who answered the phone had no knowledge of the products they offered. When i finally told him i was ready to order he told me that i had to got online to order. I tild him i was driving. He said that they had customers and was doing stuff and could not take my order. I then called back and asked for the manager he said it would be 5 minutes i told him i would wait. When a lady got on saying she was a manager i told her what happen and this is what she said. We hire people with learning disabilites and he was over welmed. I ask maybe she should put some else on the pho e then she replied well i have to work with what i got. Then anything else and hungup. This place is not somewhere you want to get food from and by judging from their reviews alot of people feel that way

They have brainless workers. I waited 20 minutes for picking up my order when they playing with their mobile. I forgot my order in bake and it came black pizza. These guys must educate. If you don’t want to lose your patient don’t go

If I could give a ZERO star I would. I walked in and ordered a pizza. I was told it would be ready in about 19 mins. There was a young girl who took the order. She asked me to repeat the order a couple of times and I did. I then paid for the pizza.I came back in 30 mins but noticed my name was no where on the screen as "ready". A couple of other gentlemen came in asking as well, one before me, one after. Their pizzas were not ready either. The young lady kept apologizing and saying she didn't know why they were so backed up....I asked why wasn't my name even on the screen as even pending. After a bit of back and forth w the yg lady going to the back... I asked her to just tell me the truth..Was there even a pizza put in for me...Initially, she said there was a cptr glitch, that my name was some how under some one else's...Then I asked isn't that an input mistake? She then acknowledged that the error was hers. Now the entire time she was nice and apologetic and I was calm as well...She offered for me to wait again for pizza and it was going on 45 mins. She then said she would ask her manager if I could get a rebate. NOTE: The suggestion came from the yg lady...Things took a turn when the mgr approached from the back. She did not introduce herself Initially...She just came towards me from the back YELLING that she could give me a pizza that I would still have to wait for..now almost an hr or my money back...I told her in equal volume that I would just take my money back....She then yells even louder that I was disrespecting her by yelling at her and she was not doing anything I stopped disrespecting her. She was far louder than I was and inappropriately so.NOW mind you, the mistake was theirs, the rebate idea was the yg lady's that made the mistake. They already had my money. I had now waited 50mins or more. The mgr approached YELLING at me about how I AM NOT GONNA DO BOTH and that by reponding in equal volume I was disrespecting her. Now mind you, there were 2-3 other people in the lobby...She then YELLS she's going to call the police...I told her to go ahead. There were witnesses...At no time did I threaten her, move towards her, move my hands in any kind of threatening way...AS a mgr, she was the worst. She escalated the entire situation. She did not introduce herself initially. SHE approached me YELLING and in front of everyone.. She NEVER apologized for their error, my wasted time or even explained any part of what happened. I answered over and over give me my money back. She just kept YELLING I am not doing both. She got into this you are disrespecting me so I am not doing anything... Mind you SHE WAS YELLING FROM THE FIRST TIME SHE APPROACHED ME. I responded in kind. Why the police comment. She must have rethought that bc I was fine w it. I had done NOTHING wrong accept respond in kind that I wanted my money back.. . It became so not worth the $13 something I had spent...I simply walked out..This is THE WORST example of customer service especially when the place of service was in the wrong AND had ur money, inconvenienced you and approached you yelling w/o any apology, introduction (until she was in mid interchange).

FANTASTIC crew and always timely delivery. I've always enjoyed their food and the quality of it. Every time I've walked in for carry out especially when it's busy, they all are working together and communicating with each other very professionally. when you see a crew running a business and its moving smooth and on point.. then you know that their superiors have done their job... correctly!! Also I must say, it's nice to see a crew and staff work together so well.. makes coming into the store enjoyable.

Did not receive my full order, I was missing the most expensive item. When I called the store they stated they had refunded my card for what I did not receive, I did not receive any refund and was in fact charged the full amount.

Apparently my location (<15 minutes away) is too far for Pizza Hut to deliver. We have lived at the same place for over three years and have ordered delivery from this specific Pizza Hut MULTIPLE times (if I were to guess, it would be at least once or twice a month in these three years) until today (07/30/2023) when we were told we are outside of the delivery area.Thankfully, Marco's Pizza was able to 'Outpizza the Hut' and save the day.

This review was based on looks from a Reddit user3 out of 10.Philly- missing parm oregano, steak is poorly distributed, does not go out to the edge of cheeseSuper- black olive distribution is poor, way to heavy on some slices. Dough is either old or not oiled around edge when prepped. Appears that ham was forgotten and added after bakingPep/cheese- not enough pepperoni, remember EDGE TO EDGE placement. Cheese doesn't cover sauce all the way.Dough is either old or not oiled around edge when prepped.BYBBQ- uneven cuts, chicken is under portioned
