We have been using Petco grooming at St Johns-Durbin Park for over 4 years and always been happy. The primary reason is our groomer Amanda. She has developed a bond with our Goldendoodle who has extreme anxiety issues and he loves her. The trips to Petco are a treat and one of the few places he likes to go. She has worked with us on recommending styles and always done an excelent job on the cuts. We could not be happier!

Call yesterday (October 21) to ask if I can surrender my Hamster to the stores due to sickness and was told that I could. Next day after driving 30 minutes to the store I was told by the assistant manager that I could not drop off the hamster. I ask for the General Manager and was told that he was not at the store. I told him went him will be in and was told that they can’t provide that information to the customer. I told him that I can provide my name and phone number for him to call me back and was told they can’t do. That if I need to talk to him I guess that I need it to come every day until he was there. I did call other store just to find out that this is the only store that I guess has that policy. I already made a complaint to corporate office. Hope that they fix the problem. Horrible customer service.

They sold me a dead snail.
I’m relatively new to keeping fish. However, even I was able to smell the carcass when I opened the bag after acclimatizing it to my tank after a few hours. Thankfully none of the guts got in my tank but it was still gross. Its one thing to take a fish or something home and it dies after a few days, but to actually sell me a dead animal is unacceptable. That should not be on the costumer to even think they’d do that. Never getting animals from them again.

this location has awful customer service and grooming isn't good. every time i've had to bring my dogs to this location the haircuts are always very good however i usually stick with the san jose or fleming island locations because every time my dogs come here the groomers always seem to have an issue with them and my dogs are always very upset whenever i bring them home. i understand sometimes dogs are going to have bad days and won't be perfect or love everything 100% of the time but how come every single time my dogs come here there's complaints but never any other location? victoria the grooming manager has such an awful attitude towards any customer who isn't 100% happy with her or the other ladies, as well as the management on the floor as nasty too. the only half good thing about this location is the vetco staff but they're just being dragged down by the awful floor/grooming staff. and the review by victoria frazier is the grooming manager at this location so they are clearly trying to fake their reviews.

I signed my puppy up for a 6 week classes and only got 3 classes out of it. Don’t recommend.

Out of all the Petco's I've been to, this one is by far the best. Well staffed, clean, stocked, great customer service, and the grooming salon is top tier! 10/10!

This was my first time using this store.
My dog got a good cut, but they use some pretty misleading marketing material.
The final invoice I received was over 55% higher than the advertised service price.
That makes me feel like I can't trust them. That's a shame.

Literally just witnessed a small white dog getting abused in the grooming department. Not sure you want to take your dog here. No longer a patron myself.
