“I brought in my 2010 jeep bc it wasn’t cooling properly. They easily diagnosed the issue based on some tests and found that it was the HVAC housing unit then patiently worked with me to get the parts and made sure I understood everything.They worked quickly, efficiently, and with great experience as they had to take apart the dash and replace multiple parts. “Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. Knowledgeable bay leader and workers. They offered a variety of products but there was no upsell pressure. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There was a disconnect between the administration office (whom I talked to for appointment scheduling) and the shop where I had the oil changed. The team leader discussed findings and any recommendations. The administration office had offered and emailed me a $15.00 off coupon. However, once at the shop, they said they have no $15 coupons. I pulled up the online coupon. There was no money amount listed. Even with this mishap, the bay leader offered a discount close to the value that had been promised by the admin office. I will utilize their services again.”

“Pro-they are close to my house and can service you quicklyCon-the prices are so high. They offer a Costco member discount but I didn’t find that out until I had $2700 of work done (started out as spark plugs and transmission fluid change but continued to balloon). They would not retroactively honor the discount, which would've saved me hundreds of dollars. Whatever-I returned again a few months later when my check engine light came on. I had the necessary work done, and also got upsold into tires and a brake cleaning. I agreed.But here’s the final kicker. Somewhere along the way when my tires were being changed and rotated, a small metal piece was lost. There was a small metal cap covering the bolt pictured here in the center (ford logo was not on it, it was plain silver). When I picked up the car I was surprised to see it looked that way but was so thankful to have my car up and running I didn’t think much of it. I also had no way to prove it, but I swear on my life that piece was not missing before. My car absolutely did not look the way it looks in the photo now!!! In the past month that bolt has gotten EXTREMELY rusty very fast, which is aesthetically horrible and probably not good for the health of the vehicle. I just had a Facebook memory pop up that pictured my wheel with the small metal piece on one wheel, which confirmed for me I wasn’t imagining thingsI have included a photo from January 8 when I was contemplating selling the car instead of servicing it. There was one wheel that has a smaller silver piece covering the center (not the ford logo as in the picture) but sadly I don’t have photo evidence. On the positive side-Mark called and offered to get that part replaced for me”
