They checked for leaks but no leaks were found, so they filled me up and didn't charge me. I Was happy to tip the guy who checked and happy not to pay for a leak repair. “I have a 2014 Jeep wrangler which had some ticking noise which I took into the dealership. After spending over $600 to diagnosed it they told me I needed my cylinder heads replaced which would cost over $7000. Orangedale Auto was recommended to me thru a friend.I took the truck over and met Nick. He couldn't have been any nicer. I explained my problem and he recommended to have him take a part and see exactly what was wrong. Bottom line, after calling me and discusting the problem before doing any work, we decided how to fix it. I could not have been happier with the results, Their business is family owned and run and I would recommend their services and professionalism to anyone that has a problem Nick was very honest and I thank him very much.”

“Words cannot express my appreciation for the people who work at this Mavis location! Robbie, Neftali and Victor went above and beyond to make sure I went home with my car on a Sunday before a holiday! It was a day to remember when my tire blew out so I had to have it towed in late afternoon a little after 4pm. Not only did 2 tires need replacing, but there was issue after issue. They could have send me home and I wouldn’t have had my car until that Tuesday but they worked later than closing and extra hard to make sure I wouldn’t have to go without a car. They absolutely made an impossible situation for me a lot less impossible. I will be returning to this location for all of my car needs! I recommend them to the fullest. If you want people you can trust that will make sure you are safe in your vehicle and will work hard to get your vehicle fixed, this is where you need to be! I cannot thank them enough!”

“We were driving through Jacksonville a little after 4pm Friday afternoon when a ladder appeared in the middle of the interstate! My son and his family were all in the car. We hit it hard as there was no way to avoid it! Another car hit it as well. We were thankful to be okay, but we had to wait for the car to be towed. The car was towed to RPM Automotive, and they looked it over and fixed what they could. They couldn’t have been kinder and were very professional. We were able to get the car to a hotel and then home safely the next day. The car is still being repaired here where we live.”

“I came in for a diagnostic of my Camaro. I was ready to commit to a Starter replacement however to my surprise, I was advised of no need to by Baca. They couldn’t find any issues which warranted a replacement. Baca was a pleasant surprise to have helping me through the whole process. I totally recommend this shop and if everyone is as customer focused as Baca is, which I’m totally sure they are, you are in good hands. Kudos Baca and team!”
