Highly disappointed with the return policy- zero flexibility. I bought a dress here on 8/9. I was in a rush so I didn’t try it on. I had planned on wearing it last weekend to go out with my husband. Unfortunately when I put on the dress it was too big. The front of the dress didn’t fit in the chest area and since the back was low cut there was nothing I could do to fix it. I took it back to the store and while I was shopping the gal at the register must have called the owner who informed her that it couldn’t be returned because it was past 14 days (9/2) and a summer item. This was interesting because they still have one on the rack at full price . Before this I had been shopping and was going to purchase jeans and two shirts so I asked if I could exchange it for an in store credit and was told no. Needless to say I decided not to purchase anything and will take my business to Mainstream Boutique from now as their customer service is top notch and they have a larger selection. This is all very disheartening because I live in Nocatee and love to support our small businesses. #dotherightthing

I’ve been in this location a few times. I’m not much of a shopper and needed a birthday gift for a friend. I went in with no idea of what I was looking for. When I came out, I not only had a birthday gift for my friend, but a few items for myself. The selection is great, staff is very helpful and the prices are extremely reasonable.
I would highly recommend shopping MakK Fashions if you’re in a pinch and want to find something cute and unique for any occasion!

I went to the Julington Creek location and was greeted by a lovely woman and she was happy to help. I was in there for about 15 minutes and decided on a shirt but didn’t try it on thinking it would fit and if not I could return. When I went back to return there were two different girls working and I was going to exchange the shirt but they didn’t have a bigger size. I asked for a return at that point because there was nothing else I’d seen and I didn’t have time to shop around. The girl at the front was very rude and kind of laughed and said “we don’t do returns” but nowhere is it posted that they don’t do returns until you actually purchase something so definitely be sure you’re going to love what you buy or else they will rip you off.

Haven't been here in a few months, not sure why I waited so long! Absolutely LOVE this store, Amanda at checkout was the sweetest and very helpful. Will be back more frequently.

I really like shopping @ Makk. I have always had a positive experience at both locations. The CS at the julington location went above and beyond with an exchange I had.

Super cute store but I was not greeted, spoken to or thanked for coming into the Nocatee location. In fact, I was ignored (THREE employees working on a Saturday) and not acknowledged once! As a small business owner myself who works with women, this is very disappointing to me! I love shopping local but not under these rude circumstances. Jax is a word of mouth town, choose wisely~

Avoid this establishment!This company does not stand by their products.I purchased a $53.00 romper and followed the washing instructions stated on the tag. The Item shrunk by two sizes and no longer fits. I called and asked for a return but was denied stating to wash it again and press it out with an iron. Yeah, no…Perhaps the real reason it shrunk was because the item is poorly made with cheap materials that have not been preshrunk.First time in twenty years or more that this type of incident has happened. Clothes no longer shrink unless it’s poor quality.I do not recommend this store and do not advise to spend top dollar for cheap goods.First time I’ve had a business not back their product either.Better products and better quality at Walmart unfortunately.Unlikely. I’ll stay with my original review.Clothes no longer shrink. Fair warning to future shoppers, cheap clothes shrink. Spend your dollars elsewhere.
