My son has been attending this daycare for a year and it has been a great experience. There has been consistency in my son's teacher and the activities to meet the staff have been very pleasant (Father's Day, Halloween).

My girls have been going here since May and I have nothing but great things to say. They have grown so much in their learning and the staff treats them like their own everyday. I love how they have activities that includes the families and it's always clean. An amazing place for little ones to learn and grow!

We have had our son here for a few weeks now since we moved to the area. We love it so far. Everyone has been wonderful and the facility is very clean. Our son enjoys his time there and is learning so much!

I’ve been working at this kid city for a little while and I absolutely love it. All of the staff love the kids and have real bonds with them. When I was trained they taught me to only treat the kids with respect and kindness which is really important to me! Miss.Heather and Miss.Manuela always put the kids first and treat staff like family.

If you’re looking for a childcare for your child this place here is the place. We brought our daughter at 15 month old, who had never been in daycare before and she loves it here. They are so friendly and they care about your child here. We are greeted by the same teachers and staff everyday. They make sure they tell us about her day. They have vendors come out to bring ice cream and fun days. She loves water days too! Our daughter is excited to come and sad to leave! I couldn’t ask for a better child care center! We love and appreciate everyone here! They are the BEST!

My child loves the teachers, administrators and the center. This location has been through some difficult times but a new lead was hired and she hit the ground running. Since then the rooms have all new furniture, new flooring and new toys. Redone play area and newly installed safety features too. The place has done a complete turn around and looks amazing. The teachers love the kids. They are all so sweet and caring. It’s also more fun and structured and overall the center is a safer and happier place for my child to be.

Our two year old has been attending Kid City for about a year. Our youngest of four and the first to go to daycare. It was a big decision for me as a mother and we love it! Staff is attentive and caring and affectionate. We get updates about activities throughout the day. The building is always clean and newly remodeled and there is a beautiful shaded outdoor area to play outside.

I took my daughter to her classroom this morning to drop her off and the large amount of Halloween cookies and candy down on the kids table surprised me. The large bucket of candy had snickers and other candy with PEANUTS.I asked the teacher if the kids would have free access to candy all day and they said yes. She then said that they would trick-or-treat from room to room and collect the candy later.— my child is allergic to peanuts and I do not want her to have free access to candy, especially the little choking hazards!The two teachers were oblivious to my concerns. I’m not sure why I pay this place to watch my child and care for her when they put her in harms way! It looks like I will have to miss work today to pick her up to keep her safe.

Ownership does not pay their staff on time. The staff aren’t happy, they have to beg them to come to work, and all the owners truly care about is how much money they can make. The teachers went without gloves for days to change diapers or serve food, there were no paper products for the children to use the restroom, and they were constantly out of food items for the children to eat because of monetary/payment issues. They have no idea how to run a business, and the corporate team is toxic and unhelpful, from their CEO all the way to their regional managers. Your child’s safety and well-being is not a priority here. Please take your child/children to one of the multiple centers in the St. John’s area for a better quality experience.

I have two children who attend this school and they love their teachers and look forward to going to school and seeing their friends every day. I love seeing the progress they make and how much they are learning. The director, Mrs. Jennefer, is very helpful and accommodating. Love this school
