“We have a beautiful chandelier we purchased from Stewart Lighting more than 5 years ago. Recently, one of the glass globe covers got broken. I called and spoke to Josh. He was extremely helpful. He contacted the manufacturer and was able to get a replacement globe. In addition he suggested that we buy a few so that we would have them in case we needed them. Thank you Josh for the excellent customer service !”

“Store was very clean at the time of our visit. First thing I noted to my wife as we walked around. We were approached by two or three different store personnel asking if we needed assistance. Not always the case, not even at Hobby Lobby so I was a little bit impressed. Good selection and sales overall it had a very good visit. There were lots of sail items going on, and there are plenty of signs everywhere, but on some of the shelving areas it was hard to determine what qualified and what didn't . A little more very specific localized tagging would be appreciated. We'll visit a time or two more before I decide to add the last star.”

“Though I haven’t found furniture to fit my needs every time I visit this store, I have always had a great experience and enjoyed not only walking through to look at the interesting pieces, but the owner’s thorough knowledge of each item and its history. The pieces I have purchased for my home (a large sideboard and nightstand among others) are beautiful and in great condition. Perfectly fit my taste and style. I stop in every time I’m close by because the inventory changes all the time and you never know what treasure may find it’s way back home.”

“Ana the store manager was amazing to work with. I had placed an order online for dining room chairs and 3 weeks later corporate couldn’t tell me the location or status and advised me to call the store I was shipping them to. I called and spoke with Ana. She went above and beyond trying to locate the items. When all her attempts at finding them was unsuccessful she reordered them for me. 2 days later she called me to let me know the dining chairs finally arrived! Upon pickup she was even more delightful in person! It was so refreshing to be greeted by and converse with someone so kind, helpful and customer focused. I told her she was the queen of customers and we grabbed a wreath and bouquet of flowers and took the sales receipt as a sash! Corporate needs to make sure great customer service members are recognized and rewarded for all their hard work and efforts! Thank you so much Ana!”
