My stylist was Carrie K and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted but I described my wants/needs and she was amazing with explaining what she was going to do. The shampoo was amazing and she made the process simple. Haircut turned out amazing. Would definitely recommend her..

Best haircut in a long time! Carrie really listened to what I wanted, asked questions as she went along, and was very pleasant - and gave a wonderful shampoo. I walked out very satisfied and will definitely go back!

Rip off! Poor service. STAY AWAY! Booked a $29 Classic Blowout online and was charged $56 for a Deluxe Blowout for long hair. The stylist hardly talked to me; she was so busy talking to her friend. So I was shocked when I was checked out and was charged $56 instead of $29 for a mediocre blowout.

Was disappointed. Told Carrie I didn’t want my hair cut straight across, and wanted a V shape in the back of my hair and “thinning” at the bottom i think is what she confirmed with me it’s called. Not only did I not get that, my hair is super uneven. I couldn’t tell when leaving due to my hair being partially wet. On top of everything, I told her twice and even acknowledged to her “i’m not a hair stylist but..” and she screamed “RIGHT”… very unprofessional lady. Told me “respectfully you’re too young to have a kid” … I’m okay with people smoking but her cigarette smell that lingered from her hands, body, clothes and hair was over powerful and will not be going back.Service: Haircut

I’ve had my hair done by all of the staff at this location I love the way they work together and are always up for a challenge. I hope everyone knows how hard this team works especially when they are short handed. Extremely great individuals! Such a great place to have your hair done! Highly recommend!

Carrie is the best! She listens to what I want done and is not satisfied until I'm satisfied and happy with my results. So happy to find someone I trust! And she's fun to talk to while you get your hair done.

Not a great experience. Was very clear that I only wanted a trim, no more than two inches to maintain my hair length. Four inches of hair was cut instead. I only realized once it was too late. My hair was also cut super evenly, some pieces randomly and noticeably longer than the rest of my hair (my hair is straight).I think it’s reasonable to expect to be listened to as a paying client, and to at the very least have a non-choppy haircut. This is unacceptable.I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

My hair is growing slowly and each time I visit with her I leave actually having a style while I’m waiting for it to grow into what I really want. I took both teens for haircuts before school started. I made appointments in advance. The first stylist, Carrie, was very condescending and told my daughter what she needed to do to her hair and didn’t listen to my daughter. She chopped off as much as she wanted and told my daughter it looked flat because it wasn’t styled. We went home and styled it and it is nothing like the photos my daughter showed her of her hair from prior cuts so we know her hair could be cut that way. The Stylist failed to listen and there is no fixing too much hair cut off. This was supposedly a master stylist. Do not recommend.I took my son the next day and had an 11:30 appointment. The stylist took another client ahead of us and we were already checked in. We waited for over 30 minutes and the room of stylists were unhelpful. Not one apology just telling us that she needed more time with the client in her chair. The client she was working with was not happy with her results either and scheduled another appointment right away to try to correct how her hair looks now after a very awful coloring job.Be smart and make an appointment somewhere else. Honestly, Great Clips would have been a better choice. At least they are nice and on schedule.

I made an appointment for wash and blowout because I had surgery and my hand is in a cast. I was quoted $26. I told them I have long, thick hair she said that will be 36.00. I agreed and booked the appointment. I went to my appointment the following day.Here's my main complaint. I took my hair down, which is middle of my back in length and the lady said you signed up for a classic blow-dry you need a deluxe if you want it straight. That's 56.00. Now, usually I go to a 5 star salon spa for hair cuts and for the entire cut and full blowout it is 55.00. Unfortunately, my usual lady was all booked. Which is why I'm at hair cuttery to begin with. I said just do the classic for 36.00 and she said no and refused to do my hair. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
