Had to have a permanent bracelet taken off. The jeweler took it off carefully, so it could be worn again, at no charge. They have also repaired several pieces of my jewelry in the past. I highly recommend them

The service we received today was impeccable. I asked for an early Christmas present for my wife to wear on a cruise. It came in wrong and they expedited for her to take with her. All great service.

Honest and pleasant staff. I went in there for a simple watch repair and they completed the work while I was waiting, the employee helping me she was just most friendly person I’ve dealt with. Very recommended, honest and friendly.

I truly cannot recommend Gold and Diamonds Direct enough and will continue to refer anyone who will listen to this amazing family business! I've now had two custom rings made (rebuilt from pieces passed down through my family) along with having various pieces of jewelry repaired or resized. Sam and the entire staff are professional, respectful and deliver exceptional service and products. They are all also genuinely kind and thoughtful individuals who I enjoy working with, which has become quite rare these days. I highly recommend this business for custom work, repairs and resizing.. and they also have an awesome existing jewelry selection to shop from in the store!

Went to get a bracelet appraised and sold to them, and the jeweler inside came out and gave me the price he would pay for the gold and said he was not purchasing jewelry right at the time, and I could probably do better somewhere else. They seem very trustworthy, and was more worried about me getting the value of my jewelry then then making the profit

This family business far exceeds your expectations. I stumbled on this shop looking to get a watch battery and ended up taking care of a lot of jewerly repair, design and appraisal to do's and could not be more pleased. The entire staff/family is so courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job at a most reasonable cost. Great experience!! Highly recommend Gold and Diamonds Direct.

Went inside to find out they charge only $8 for battery change whereas ripoff jewelers in area and mall charge up to $40!! The rep, Reese was super professional and informative. I found my new jewelry spot plus they do custom work
