Team was very helpful and resized a ring to pretty close to fitting. Also gave use free ring spacers for my fiancé.

Had to have a permanent bracelet taken off. The jeweler took it off carefully, so it could be worn again, at no charge. They have also repaired several pieces of my jewelry in the past. I highly recommend them

The service we received today was impeccable. I asked for an early Christmas present for my wife to wear on a cruise. It came in wrong and they expedited for her to take with her. All great service.
