Great for replacing my watch battery so quickly!
Looking and the jewelry...are the pieces used or new? I would like to help organize the inventory. Even though a very beautiful store, the selection and collections were just a little mismatched, IMO. Great service and kind employees, otherwise!!

My fiancé and I had a great experience with Max and his amazing staff. Mariela was so great to work with and treats you like family.
I started out with diamond earrings before we got engaged and kept going back for more.
Eventually I bought a diamond engagement ring and we just purchased our wedding bands with Fine Jewelry and Diamonds! Strongly recommend checking out their selection and if they don’t have it at the time they will order what you want.
They can custom order anything and are great to work with, they will make sure you are happy and are very flexible if you need something changed/upgraded.

I went to buy a ring for my boyfriend and the sales woman, Tricia, showed me multiple size 9 rings for men that I got to choose from. The customer service was amazing from the owner and salesperson. They helped me find exactly what I wanted. And even if the ring you want isn’t in the size of your choice, they will size it for you. I will 100% be buying the rest of my jewelry from them from now on.

Had an outstanding experience the other day! The owner Max, and all his amazing employees helped me find what I was looking for. They go over and beyond to make sure you get what you want. If you can’t find anything in store they have multiple catalogs that you can go through. They also will fix any broken jewelry as well as size them. I will definitely be back soon!

My daughter and I just had a great visit at Fine Jewelry and Diamonds. This family business is so nice and did a great job tightening my engagement ring and cleaning my set. They were so sweet to my daughter. We will definitely be back.

Thank you, Fine Jewelry and Diamonds, for helping me out with a problem I had. Max wrote a letter to my bank indicating that I had been a victim of fraud while buying jewelry while on vacation in Mexico. Because of his professionalism and expertise, I was given a full refund. Afterwards I bought two pieces of fine jewelry from him knowing that I was not a victim of a scam.

I had such a great experience at this Jewelry Store. The staff was kind and helpful and the prices were reasonable comparably to other Fine Jewelry stores. The Jeweler replaced a diamond on my wedding band that was lost and repaired the prongs as I waited during my lunch break. The store offers both preowned and new jewelry and watches. I purchased 2 watches before I left. It wasn't high pressure just great deals and customer service. I definitely will be back!

Stopped in to get an old chain cleaned and have it's clasp repaired. They were friendly and easy to deal with. It might have been an hour, if that and it was ready. Price was reasonable and the repair looks good and matches.

Wow, extraordinary customer service still exists. I was immediately greeted when I walked in as a first time customer and left satisfied beyond my expectations. Tricia, I appreciate your help and Maria, who sized a watch for me on the spot. If you’re a watch collector, you must come see the self proclaimed host (I would butcher the spelling of name but I will get the spelling when I come back in). They have a direct connection to Invicta watches and much more. I now have a new spot to go when I get an itch to buy another watch. See you guys in November, if not sooner.
