If I could give a 0 star rating review I would. The manager and her staff was very unprofessional they went back and forth with me when they were in the wrong fans when I address all of them they looked stuipd all we needed was a new battery and it took 2hours because of their pride and ego. bad customer service the worst experience ?????? DO BETTER!!! I don’t not recommend this location

My car battery died tonight and I had an moment after realizing how much it cost to replace it. The gentlemen with long hair(wish I had gotten his name) was more than helpful and super understanding - Thank you - it was appreciated.

A bit pricey, but great customer service. I bought a replacement battery and the staff was super helpful. They sold and installed the battery within 15 minutes.

I dont usually write reviews but i feel so disappointed to the point i had to for this one. I came in to get my battery replaced on sunday night. They tried sending me home by putting in the battery backwards. Car wouldnt start so they made me buy a more expensive battery. They put that battery in backwards as well, with the terminals all crooked (my car may have internal issues now). Smaller guy had no idea what he was doing but was friendly. Big guy was infuriated and was throwing all his tools to show his anger/frustration. I mentioned they might be putting it in backwards so they switched it and finally put in my battery somewhat correctly. Afterwards, they left (while my battery still had loose terminals). I had to call my friend to come and help me get my car started because it still wouldnt start. My friend eventually got my car working by tightening the terminals with his tools. Iv never felt more uncomfortable and dissatisfied with customer service. Whole process took 2 hours. Would have been better off doing it myself. I wouldnt recommend this place even to my worst enemies..

A couple days ago I was stranded with a bad battery…my dad came to my rescue but my battery wasn’t taking a jump. We hopped in his truck and headed to Autozone which was very close. The manager, Bryan, found the battery I needed right away and was nice enough to cross the street and change it for me..took him less than 10 minutes maybe 5.. It was very refreshing to get service like that. Highly recommended!
