2003 Ram 1500 5.9l gas.So my truck just cut off while driving at 65. Towed it to the house, no pump kickin on. Swapped it, nothing. Turns out the ECU burned up and took the pump with it. I called Virgilio, they picked it up from my house replaced and updated the ECU and pump. Now the beast is alive again! Thank you guys so much. Price was on point, no crazy write ups and one happy customer!!!

So glad I found this shop! ?? I had a car issue on Thursday and as a single-vehicle household, you can imagine the frustration. ? At first, I called the dealer for service, but they couldn't see me for 2 weeks! ? So, I googled and found Automedics. They fixed my car the same day, saving my planned trip! ?? Everyone was super professional and friendly. I'll definitely be taking my vehicle here from now on!

After getting estimates at several other places it was apparent most repair shops are part changer’s these days. Automedics is not that shop they do quality work with skill and hard work and charge a great price to do so! I am happy to have received work from this shop.

I used Auto Medics last year and had no problems, except that they kept my truck for 4-5 days. But the problem was fixed then. So when the same problem happened this year, I thought i would give them a call. I made an appointment to have my truck picked back up for the same reason and also to have my brakes checked on 3/18/24 between 8:30-9:00. When no one showed up at 9:30, I called them and was told someone would be at my house to pick it up. It was picked up between 10:00-10:30am.I didn't hear anything for 2 days, so I called and spoke to the owner's son. I was told the technician was still looking it over. I thought it was strange, but said ok, I'll wait to hear from you. By Thursday at 2pm when I heard nothing from this company about the status of my truck, I called and asked about it. After explaining what I was calling about, I was put on hold for 5 minutes, literally, 5 minutes. I was given the status quo answer...the technician is still working on it. When I asked to speak to the owner or the manager, I was put on hold for literally 7 minutes. I was told that the technician hadn't completed the work yet and doesn't know what is wrong. I explained I was there last year for the same problem, the suspension was greased, and then it was fine. I could not figure out why they couldn't find the problem. They kept my truck for 4 days and nothing was fixed at all. I clearly stated my frustration and anger. All Ricardo said to me was, I know, I'm sorry." I told them I wanted my truck back at the end of the work day today. As they close at 6pm, I assumed it would be around 6pm. But he texted me at 8:30pm and said he was bringing it over then.Another text showed inspections results, with 17% completed and pictures of my vehicle from all sides and angles, as if they did something to it, but they did nothing. Not one single fix was completed. Suspension wasn't greased, creaking noise was fully apparent as he drove it into the driveway. I wasn't asking for a list of 10 things to be completed. I wanted 2 things done, check the creaking noise and check my brakes, fairly standard issues. I asked Ricardo how many other cars were worked on while mine sat there? He didn't have any answer. I asked Ricardo why was this allowed to happen? He didn't have an answer. I asked over and over, how this was ok. He said it wasn't, but couldn't offer anything else. What I should have asked him was why did you tell me the technician was working on it after 2 days, when clearly that wasn't the case. That was clearly a lie.This was the MOST unprofessional, waste of my time, I have ever encountered. I could not believe that this actually happened. I told him several times, if I was a man, would this be allowed to happen? I read many reviews below mine that were written by men....hmmm, interesting. I have never been so blatantly blown off by a company in my entire life. I explained I wanted to work with a small business, I respected them. But not anymore. I see all these 5 star reviews, but why wasn't my truck fixed?Absolutely ridiculous, poor communication, work was definitely done, but not on MY vehicle. They kept it for 4 days and did not one thing to it. WHY?

This was just an oil change, but online scheduling was easy, everyone I spoke with there was pleasant and courteous, and they were able to do the service while I waited. I'm new to the area, but I may have found my "go to" auto service facility.

Top notch service 2x now!I moved to FL last year, needed a good mechanics shop, and have not been disappointed with AutoMedics. They have picked up my car, serviced, and dropped it back off, and I love that I can see the estimate and pay from my phone. Easy!I just got 2 new tires, and my car is 11 years old and holyyyyyyy smokes she is driving like I just got her off the lot, I really don’t know what kind of magic they put it, but my car has honestly never been smoother.I appreciate and trust the folks at AutoMedics.
