This location has great customer service. When i had a concern, it was quickly addressed and resolved. This facility is so convenient to Beachwalk. It's been my mini garage/closet storing my beach chairs and things that don't fit in my apartment. It's so easy and conveniently located nearby.

I have a truck parked in this storage for 4 months. When I get to check out, it has scratches on the side, I went to the office to advise, but they did nothing to resolve or responded. Instead, they sent me an increase in the rental for almost the doble thr price.

Excellent service. I had to transfer to a larger unit. Alan "Al", was very kind and helful. He took the time to search for a unit close to my current unit, and take me on the golf cart to show show the new unit. Highly recommend.

Rented a unit here for a short amount of time and my has it changed! New management is SO MUCH better than the last and very helpful. He also keeps things cleaned and answers any questions you may have about units, best size to get, monthly rates, or any problems. Definitely recommend!

Customer service was top notch. Sebastian was very helpful in making sure that we had the right size unit that we needed and the price was not bad either! He also told us about the security measures they have in place to make us feel at ease storing our belongings there.

On site staff are very helpful. Dealing with both George and Brandi was easy and effective for a number of issues (damage by the site painters, billing issues etc). Unfortunately, the pricing makes no sense. First I was told the contract rate was an "introductory offer". It wasn't specified as such, but ok. Then 2 months after my introductory offer finished, I had another general price increase, this time upping my base rate 50%!I figure they just want me out, so the next renter starts at a higher "introductory" rate before they increase their rent.Just give me the rate, and I'll decide if I want to pay it, rather than blindside me after a couple months.For reference, I moved to Atlantic, where they told me the rate is introductory (50% off for 3 months). The regular rate is the same as the "introductory" rate here.

They don't care of you right away on 2nd they start lateree to have pay late charge.late fees makethem want auction your stuff.i really can't wait get all my stuff out of there past owners always worked with you new one don't.i don't recommend them.find other storage that work with you on different situations.i regret it with them..

Very clean and well kept! Good lighting too. No bugs in my units at all. I highly recommend this storage facility! And they are such nice friendly people too! I appreciate all the help!!

Helpful, friendly and fair. SmartStop saved us in a pinch, moved from CO to FL and closing fell through. We were left with all our items in moving trucks, they moved mountains to accommodate two spaces and RV parking! Highly recommend them.

Getting a unit was such a breeze and Lilly in the office was great. She was efficient, explained everything swiftly and thoroughly. The price of the unit was very reasonable. Highly recommend this location.

I have already done a review but was sent another review for the parking spot I'm renting. Lily was great and help me get that paperwork sorted out. I had trouble sending it online. So I went into the office to ask for help. Lily was able to get me sorted out and on my way. Smartstop is really a one stop shop for renting both a climate controlled storage unit and a outdoor parking spot on site.
