What an awesome employee Jen is!! Such a genuinely amazing person- no one makes us smile quite like her. She’s so good at her job, not only with the customers but everything is always stocked up when she’s working, without fail! The world needs more people like her. Definitely deserves a raise!

The staff member who helped me at the counter was exceptional (I apologize for not catching her name, I believe it might have been Millie or Melissa). While I have never personally visited this business, my sister has. She drove there late one night recently while not in her normal state of mind & was assisted by Jen, one of the staff. Jen went far & above her regular duties to help my sister obtain & pay for her gas & then reached out to our family in my sister’s time of need. Jen is a shining example of customer service for this establishment.

Circle K is at the first and only major intersection as you're coming on to Pine Island. Things have improved since Michael S wrote his review in 2010 - there is a Publix, Winn-Dixie and even a competing 7-Eleven a block away. Traffic has increased since then too! This is quite the well stocked Circle K with the usual snacks and drinks plus gas pumps outside with Shell products. The restroom was mostly clean and accessible. The gals behind the counter were wearing their masks, mostly. The store has a large "beer cave" with more than enough of whatever it is that you're drinking while you enjoy the island. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. They rush through the line of people as quickly as possible. Very efficient for this being such a busy gas station. Always very respectful even to rude customers.

The crew that are being watched by managers during the day are friendly and helpful as well as respectful. The crew at night, 1-2 people at night after 10pm are not helpful and are more rude then ever as I just had a bad experience with a gentlemen who was more sassy then anyone I have ever met in person and on the phone on 7/31/2019. So rude I would almost never go back if he was working there or if I did I would have another Terrible experience.. And their slushy machines are out of order majority of the time which is why we go there for my son. Y'all need to make sure your machines are serviced and don't lie about how long they have been down, to make it seem better then it really is and I can assure you with the attitude received, service is bound to be lost. Circle k only gets as much service as it does, because there is no other option for people on pine island but thanks to 7/11 in progress that will soon change

Every time I go in this station it's filthy! Worst Circle K I have been in. Doesn't matter what day or time it's always disgusting! Can't wait for new gas stations to open. And the clerk's are rude.
